The accommodations were perfect for us nc the staff was fantastic! The driver was so diligent in finding us at the airport and helpful. We had never been to Edinburgh and knowing where to be picked up after dropping a rental car was alittle tricky, but the driver was persistent and found us! Thank you! Dinner was very good and deliver back to the airport was perfect! Thank you very much!

Communal areas are beautifully decorated and very relaxing. Coffee on arrival was nice touch and the bar with big velvet chairs was perfect at the end of the evening. Staff could not be more helpful

Breakfast was just awesome. Good choice, nicely cooked, staff very accommodating. Decor of hotel is relaxing, modern and classy. Location is superb. It is clean. Jacuzzi is great.

Room a little cramped. A very annoying noise like a ship's foghorn kept us awake. Apparently it was a water pump. Above our room 309. It was loud and disrupted my sleep. I could hear it through my earplugs.....

The view from our room looked on to the fifth of Clyde so we saw numerous of boats and other things. Also room was nice and clean.

Thought it was a bit dated,and the breakfast cereal wasn't the real thing ie keloggs,also got porridge and cheese and ham for breakfast as and thought it would be cheeses but only grated cheese and some meat,was thinking cheeses and 2 or 3 types of meats with bread and tasted a bit watery same with the porridge and the sugar was in paper thought it would be in sugar bowl. And not much light outside went out to see local amenities and the grass was that thick and spongey somebody could fall. And there was no entertainment on the Saturday night. Plus don't think the radiator was working and the plug in the sink didn't fit the sink properly.
