We much enjoyed staying in Baita Rini. It is an old renovated house with enough of space. It feels very nice inside but also have a good sitting/grill area outside. We have found everything we needed in the appartment (kitchen, living room, TV, internet). Was easy to find the place and collect the key. It is much nicer and quite compared to the large and crowded Livorno. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped.

Breakfast was simple but good: bread, cheese, salami, ham, yoghurt, cereal, some sweet pastries and fresh fruits. Very clean service, always fresh tablecloth. We arrived after midnight and late night check-in was possible.

Some mold in bathroom, in shower area. Rooms are very simple and modest. It is not a problem, but if someone wish more fresh and fancy place, it can be disappointing.

Lovely setting in the vineyard; warm welcome; spacious, spotless, and comfortable room and delicious home-made breakfast. If you enjoy friendly dogs as we do and don't mind a bit of a steep driveway, go ahead and book.

We spent 3 nights. Location is perfect, a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum. Nice restaurants across the street, and a bar right outside the front door. We found a free street parking spot 40-50 feet from our apartment.

Great location with awesome views of the lake. Very nice facilities in the house. Smartly designed beds for a family of four in the available space. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp.

Would be really helpful to include instructions/guidance on local transportation options, especially since the home is up a fair distance on the steep hill, making walking there not a viable option. We arrived a little before 9 pm. The taxi options are very limited and took us a while to figure out there is a night bus service with long wait time. One other small nit - water pressure in the shower is very very low, almost a trickle and becomes somewhat better after a few minutes of leaving it on. Can be confusing the first time.
