No hot tub or pool.

Handicap accessible bathroom was good. Maybe there does need to be a cover on the pipes under the sink. The shower could use a secondary on off switch to make it easier to reach for those who can’t stand like myself.

Just the dirty sock found tucked away in between the fridge and wall.

The breakfast was great, with hot food, selction of cereals and other items.

The bed sloped down on the side I slept on. Parking is a little tight for large trucks.

1/Staffs not available. 2/ My car parked in the parking lot was hit and the taillight was broken during my stay. I asked staffs looked at the Camera recording and the staff did not want to provide that information. They said that they only provide to police if I file police report.

Staff were not very friendly, arrived a little early to see if our room would be ready, I understand that check in is not till 3pm but the staff did not even put an effort to check, I’ve travelled a lot and I know rooms can be ready early sometimes. I’m not upset or anything that we did not get checked in early but the fact that the staff was not friendly at all, did not even greet or smile, a lot of the staff at the front desk never smiled during our stay or greet any one. A good morning or a small smiles goes a long way. It makes a place not welcoming specially in a hotel if staff are not greeting/smiling!

I like the full kitchen, 2 beds but in separate rooms and the pull out couch, balcony was also a plus.

Pretty expensive for what we got. Staff wasn't friendly. I swear there was a prostitute hanging out in the lobby for hours that I had to walk past with my children! And the receptionist didn't seem to care.

The beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. Good convenient location.

This property is listed as being "on the river". Because of that, I booked it in error, believing it was the Quality Inn. There is nothing about the Comfort Inn that is "on the river". It is separated from the river by the Quality Inn, two parking lots and the street. There is not even a view of the river! I had stayed at the Quality Inn many times and loved it. This Disappointing Comfort inn listing constitutes FALSE ADVERTISING.

The property is well maintained and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is better than average.

The bathroom layout is a little inconvenient for a family. The toilet is in a private room, but the shower is in the main bathroom area with the sink. The lighting in the bathroom could have been better.

The family suite was a good size for our family of five. The bedside lighting in the bedroom is very good. The free breakfast was decent, a typical continental breakfast. The location is excellent , close to the two main springs, and there is a Ride Glenwood Springs stop near the hotel.

Someone in the room above us was smoking and it was coming into our room through the air vents so our room smelled like smoke every time we walked in. Also our key card had to be remade 3 times before we could get into our room, but the staff was friendly and were happy to help.

The breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel breakfast, but the waffles from the waffle bar were exceptional. Also, the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in.

The pool was sad. It was across the street and although indoors was not heated.
