Way too few elevators for a building this size. At the rush hour (check out) I simply took stairs 18 floors down

I did not like the fact the dog policy wasn't enforced as in the agreement however there were large breeds of dogs as like the pittbull that bit my hand while I tried keeping it away from getting my Yorkie the policy states no aggressive types or above the weight of 25lbs allowing these types of dogs can result in a deep injury not only to patrons also the the hotel.

I liked that the hotel was clean the staff was all so friendly the beach access was great there were no homeless pl walking around as on the South end of Ocean Blvd. loved the location. The pools and hot tubs were always clean and had many lounge chairs to accommodate many. Thank You Vacasa for making this a memorable stay!

The kitchen needed a better cookware. The bed box springs needed to be replaced, made to much noise when moving, it was a comfortable bed otherwise

Location was great. Room was nice and spacious for the three of us . Plenty of chairs at the pool. Beds were actually comfortable.

The closet had mold . The toilet was leaking/ had been leaking which caused water to pass through closet creating mold.

The floor was dirty. There was some of the ceiling tile hanging down over the stove. The code system did not work well.

Refrigerator wasn’t working the first 2 days and we lost some food that we had purchased! They did send someone to fix it and he didn’t fix it and we had to call again and another person came and he did fix it and he was really nice! We also saw a couple roaches in the cabinets in the kitchen which was a little upsetting! We definitely did not want to bring bugs home with us! The front desk didn’t seem to think that this was a problem and did nothing g to fix it!! We did actually kill the bugs

There was Caucasian hair in the shower and on shower curtain. The "updates" were poorly done like caulking around the sink. Needs more outlets for charging devices - they seemed very loose.

The location is like a mini-resort with the pool, bar and coffee/snack bar. It's convenient access to the beach as well. Not as convenient to the center of Myrtle Beach but a nice walk.

I was told I couldn't leave my things at the property because we got there early. I had to rent a car instead. I was given addresses to drop my items for a fee. My room had sand on the floor when we arrived, but they did came and sweep it up. My bathroom had a smell, i asked them to come and clean it they never did.

I liked the pool and the ocean view from my room it was great, the pillows and my bed was very comfortable. The room had everything i needed and we was on a good floor not too high so that was good. We later was offered early check in at 2:30 pm so that was good. The workers were nice.

Everything was on point BUT...seeing 2 roaches at 2 different times does put a damper on the overall experience. Not really anyone's fault but that is why the place gets an 8 rating instead of a 9.

I wish housekeeping would ask if we needed clean linen. We had pets and a toddler it was very hard to keep linen clean for 6 days.

No cleaning service in the rooms , after one week of stay, the room wad filthy, the toilet has to be cleaned at least every other day. For everything we gad to go down to the reception. The new code system on the doors is ridiculous. The code became defective 3 times during our stay and we had to go back to reception to change it. The housekeeper on the ground floor was always mad at the guests that they circulate and disturb her to clean. Will not choose this hotel anymore

I didn't like being woke by a barking dog at 3 a.m.,none did, I like having to deal with a barking dog while eating breakfast at Indigo.

I love the view but couldn't enjoy sitting on the balcony due to the weed smell.

The long line during check out was ridiculous (for the elevators). I had to walk down 15 flights of stairs to get to the bottom.

Clean comfortable room. Wonderful staff. I would recommend this hotel to others.
