We’re delighted to announce Boots & No7 Beauty Company has received a gold award in Stonewall’s UK Workplace Equality Index, and secured a spot in its top 100 list for leading LGBTQ+ inclusive employers for the very first time.

Stonewall is Europe’s largest charity for lesbian, gay, bi, trans and queer (LGBTQ+) rights. Alongside its annual benchmarking Index, its top 100 list is the UK’s leading ranking of employers from all sectors on how inclusive their workplaces are.

Now ranked 66th (and climbing an impressive 73 places year-on-year), this award recognises our work to create a welcoming, fair and safe workplace for our LGBTQ+ team members all year-round. In particular, we were praised for our work to drive equity across the employee lifecycle, the strength of Pride Alliance business resource group, and feedback from our team members.

Una Kent, Vice President, ESG and DEI, International, WBA, said: "Being recognised in Stonewall’s UK Workplace Equality Index and to be named in the Top 100 Employers this year is fantastic, and reflects our commitment to ensuring all team members feel valued, respected, and supported at work. Together with our brilliant Pride Alliance business resource group, we have continued to focus our efforts to champion LGBTQ+ inclusion within our workplace and beyond. Open collaboration is vital, and this recognition is a testament to the power of partnership."
