Hurd, at 162.4 pounds, faces Rosario, who hit the catchweight limit at 164 pounds.

In the co-feature, bantamweight Michael Angeletti weighed in at 117.8 pounds for his bantamweight bout against Geraldo Valdez, who came in at 117 pounds.

Also on the card, Dominic Valle weighed 130.6 pounds for his junior lightweight fight against Kevin Piedrahita, who tipped the scales at 131 pounds.
