All lanes are open on Route 422 after a fatal tractor-trailer crash in Lower Providence Township Friday morning. The road closed between Audubon Trooper Road and the Oaks exits early this morning. According to Pennsylvania State Police, the truck driver crossed the median and hit a car heading in the opposite direction. The driver of the car was killed in the crash.
