He racked up 92 pitches through five innings, including just 49 for strikes, which helped lead to the abbreviated outing. Over his last 12 starts, Peralta has completed at least five innings 11 times, posting a 3.26 ERA and 1.21 WHIP with 66 strikeouts over 66.1 innings. He next lines up for a home matchup against the Giants.

Peralta (7-6) allowed four runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out six over five innings, earning the win over Atlanta on Wednesday.
Atlanta started hot with two runs in the first inning and Austin Riley added a two-run home run in the fifth, but Milwaukee was able to take the lead back before Nick Mears took over for Peralta in the bottom of the sixth. This was Peralta's first win since June 30 -- over the five starts in between, he posted a 4.10 ERA and 29:12 K:BB across 26.1 innings. He's at a 4.02 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 155:47 K:BB through 125.1 innings over 23 starts this year. The right-hander's next start is projected to be another tough matchup at home versus the Dodgers.
