Kings' Kevin Huerter: Cleared for on-court workouts
Huerter (shoulder) has been cleared for on-court workouts, Deuce Mason of NBC Sports California reports.
Huerter is recovering from a shoulder procedure he underwent in early April, and the news that he's been cleared for on-court workouts shows he's making progress. Huerter will be re-evaluated in mid-October, and if everything continues to trend in the right direction, he could be cleared for full-contact activity before the start of the 2024-25 regular season.

Kings' Skal Labissiere: Gets new deal with Sacramento
Labissiere signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Kings on Wednesday, Sean Cunningham of Fox 40 Sacramento reports.
Labissiere will spend training camp with Sacramento, though he'll likely report to the G League's Stockton Kings once the 2024-25 campaign kicks off. He was named to the G League Up Next Game last season but hasn't made an NBA regular-season appearance since 2019-20.

Kings' Boogie Ellis: Agrees to deal with Kings
Ellis agreed to a deal with the Kings on Saturday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
The deal's specifics were not revealed, but it seems Ellis impressed the coaching staff enough to receive a deal that will allow him to compete for a roster spot in training camp. He was playing under an Exhibit 10 Deal in the Summer League, during which he shot 54 percent from three-point range.

Kings' Orlando Robinson: Agrees to deal with Sacramento
Robinson and the Kings agreed to a one-year deal Wednesday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
An undrafted center out of Fresno State, Robinson appeared in 67 games (eight starts) for the Heat over the past two seasons. Across seven starts in 2023-24, Robinson averaged 7.4 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 20.1 minutes per game. After a strong performance during the Las Vegas Summer League, Robinson has a chance to compete with Alex Len and Trey Lyles for backup center minutes behind Domantas Sabonis in 2024-25.

Kings' Boogie Ellis: Pours in 17 points
Ellis logged 17 points (7-13 FG, 3-5 3Pt), three rebounds, two assists and two steals over 23 minutes of Saturday's 87-77 win over Phoenix in Summer League.
Ellis was signed to an Exhibit 10 contract by Sacramento shortly after the draft and averaged 10.6 points and 1.2 steals per game while making 11 of his 21 three-point attempts in Las Vegas. It's a long shot that Ellis will make the Kings' regular-season roster, but he's likely to stick around with the team's G League affiliate.
