Middle School Summer Camps
JUNIOR CHEF COOKING CAMP (Tuition $200 – 1 Week) GTC 7/15 –7/19 GTC 7/22 – 7/26 PC 7/29 – 8/2
* Due to high demand, only one Jr. Chef camp per person per year please.
Campers will learn the skills needed to create a variety of appetizers, entrees, and desserts utilizing many common ingredients and local fresh produce in an air–conditioned space. Campers will also learn about safety, nutrition, and the proper use of kitchen equipment and tools. The week will culminate with campers participating in a “Junior Chef” cook-off competition. Please note: All campers must wear sneakers that tie and have a rubber sole. No open toed shoes or sandals.
