• Assisted with an offensive line that helped pave the way for RB Todd Gurley II, who spent five seasons (2015-19) with the Rams and established himself as one of the top running backs in the NFL. Gurley was named the 2017 NFL Offensive Player of the Year and 2015 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year. He also made three Pro Bowls, was a two-time first team All-Pro honoree and led the NFL in rushing touchdowns in 2017 and 2018. Gurley also led the NFL in scrimmage yards with 2,093 in 2017.
• Spent the 2011 season with the Jets as a coaching assistant, where he first broke into coaching as a member of their staff from 2006-08.
• In previous stint with the Browns, spent 2009 as a defensive quality control coach and 2010 as assistant offensive line coach.
• Worked in the operations department of the New England Patriots, first as an intern in 2004 and then on a full-time basis the following year.
• Began NFL career with the Washington Commanders as a training camp intern in 2003 before spending that season as a graduate assistant on the offensive staff at Tufts University.
• A native of Wilmington, Del., was a two-sport athlete at Tufts, playing football and performed in the shot put, discus and hammer throw on the school's track & field squad.
