Andrew Bennett is a business specialist in the Community Development Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. In this role, he co-leads strategic planning and operational effectiveness efforts for the department, serves as project manager for the Policy Summit, provides decision support for the department’s management, and supports and helps coordinate budgeting, procurement, Bank reporting, learning and development, and internal communication efforts.

Mr. Bennett joined the Bank in June 2021. Prior to taking on his current position, he was a business consultant, where he partnered with MAGNET and Newry Corp to help leadership teams with their strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, primary and secondary research, and product innovation efforts. Mr. Bennett was also cofounder of KnowledgePost, an online marketplace for learning and development solutions; cofounder and interim executive director of Engage Cleveland, a community engagement and advocacy organization for young professionals and young professional organizations; and a marketing manager at Within3, a virtual communications platform for pharmaceutical, medical device, and other life sciences companies.

Mr. Bennett currently serves as a board member for Friends of Breakthrough Public Schools and as a member of the President’s Young Leaders Council at Elon University. Previously, he has served as a mentor with College Now, the finance and networking chair for the University School Alumni Board, a board member for Greater Cleveland Partnership, cochair of Engage! Cleveland, an executive board member of Global Cleveland, president of the Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club, and chair of programming for the Elon University Young Alumni Council.

He holds a BS in business marketing from Elon University and is a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach.
