You've just walked in: Give us your first impression.
As the name suggests, this bar boasts panoramic city views. Situated at the top of the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice on Giudecca island, the views stretch all the way to Piazza San Marco. Lounge chairs, couches, and hightop tables provide differing perspectives on the cinematic views—which are the best you’ll find in town.

So who’s there?
This Venice bucket list bar draws nearly all the well-heeled travelers coming through town and the ritzy outfits match the views. Patrons arrive in vacation-chic wares, prepared for an obligatory sunset photoshoot.

How are the drinks?
Venice-inspired cocktails are the highlight of the 48-page drink menu. Seasonal ingredients like rosemary and thyme make regular appearances in drinks like the Sensation Fizz—vodka, elderflower liqueur, rosemary syrup, strawberry, and egg white. The signature cocktail, the Smokey Old Fashioned, is smoked on the spot and served in a style that is part good service and part performance. Of course, Italian wines and classic cocktails are also available.

What's on offer for food?
The food menu is much more limited than the drink menu, but Italian bar bites and Mediterranean salads are available.

How did you find the staff?
The professional staff here goes above and beyond, offering modifications to suit guests’ palates.

What's the bottom line?
You should come for sunset—but to do so, you’ll need to book ahead, or come well before the actual sunset to stake out an ideal table. During summer, live music and DJs inject a celebratory vibe into the atmosphere.
