Marc is an Information Technology, HR Transformation and Global Programme Leader who has successfully led and had full accountability for strategy and transformation programme delivery at leading global organisations including; AstraZeneca, BP, Barclays and is current the Group Head of HR Systems and Programmes at Vodafone, where he has led the delivery of digital HR transformation for 96,000+ employees and all Markets.

Marc holds an MSc from the University of Oxford, an MBA and a Bachelors of Commerce (Honours). Marc’s professional passion is connecting people, processes and technology to deliver new organizational outcomes and employee experience led, digital only services via Automation, Digital Assistants and Machine Learning.
