Blake Lively's new film It Ends With Us is officially in theaters, and if you saw it / loved it / want to know when they're gonna do a sequel, apparently it's not totally off the table. Buuut it might look a little different.

Director Justin Baldoni—who both stars in and directed in the film—was asked about directing an It Ends With Us sequel by Us Weekly, and had a somewhat surprising answer.

"You’re gonna have to ask me in a little while. We’re gonna take a vacation after this," he said, adding "I think there are better people for that one. I think Blake Lively is ready to direct. That’s what I think."

FYI, Justin gushed about Blake (who produced It Ends With Us) during a Today Show interview on August 8, saying "I don't know if you know how smart and creative she really is. I think she's best known as an actress and of course she's a fashion icon, but she is so much more than that. She is a dynamic, creative, she had her hands in every part of this production, and everything she touched, she made better."

He also told E! News on August 6 that "She is a creative force. Everything she touches, she makes better. I think we're all here because of her, so I couldn't be more grateful to have that opportunity."
