I can confirm that Maybelline New York’s Lash Sensational Sky High Mascara went viral for good reason. It’s now become a non-negotiable in my makeup bag. So much so, that when I start to scrape the barrel on product (which doesn’t happen that often, it’s the gift that keeps on giving) my little heart does skip a beat.

But, if you're expecting dramatic length from the first coat, you'll be disappointed. Sky High is definitely a grower, not a shower, but this is where that weightless formula really shines.
It’s so light that I can keep coating my lashes without any clumps, or heaviness, plus watching my lashes go from horizontal to eyebrow-skimming (with no eyelash curler) is so addictive I actually had to stop myself from applying coat, after coat, after coat. I love that this product has such a natural feel to it, unlike other mascaras that give a dramatic-yet-heavy transformation.
I sometimes feel mascaras that excel on the top lash, really flop on the bottom, but not Sky High. You get real definition, but more importantly.... NO SMUDGING. If that’s not a revelation, I don’t know what is.
