It's been 84 20 years since Halle Berry's Catwoman came out in cinemas, and the Oscar winner is celebrating in the most iconic way possible. By posing topless with a superhero mask and a couple of black cats. Who appear to have wandered into her yard?

"And STILL... meow!" Halle captioned her pics. "It’s been 20 years today since I had the honour of bringing this iconic character to life. She will always be close to my heart and I will forever be Patience Phillips aka CATWOMAN!"

As for the cats, Halle added, "Thank you @missjee79! When these black beauties showed up in my yard searching for their mother, Jee helped us through the rescue process. Forever grateful! ♥️"

Halle recently spoke to Entertainment Weekly about Catwoman, and mentioned this moment ^. “I became a cat lover because of it,” she said. “I just rescued four kitties I found in my yard three weeks ago. I’m a Catwoman through and through because of that experience and those relationships. That experience changed me.”

The actor also spoke about what it was like dealing with the movie's poor box office numbers. “I felt like it was Halle Berry’s failure, but I didn’t make it alone,” she said. “All these years, I’ve absolutely carried it.”

She added, "I love when I see any woman’s version of what Catwoman is to them. Like men who play Batman or Spider-Man, we’re in a group all our own, and I admire every version I see. I loved Zoë Kravitz’s version; I always smile at that. It makes me happy. I don’t feel there’s any competition. We all have our version of this iconic character."
