Dearest gentle reader, it seems even Hollywood is truly obsessed with Netflix's hit series, Bridgerton. We knew Kim Kardashian was a fan after an exchange on X, formerly Twitter, with Nicola Coughlan (AKA Penelope Featherington – the central love story of season three). And the SKIMS founder's fangirling reached next level when she booked Nicola to star in a campaign for her shapewear brand. Truly iconic!
Though maybe not as iconic as Jennifer Lopez's dedication to the show. The artist and actress threw herself a Bridgerton themed birthday party in the Hamptons last weekend, as ya do. While we were obvs gutted not to receive an invite (we're assuming it got lost in the post?), we're currently living vicariously through all the BTS footage from the event that JLo just dropped on Instagram.
The band! The dancers! The decor! But most of all, Jen's dress! Make that dresses, plural. The way I gasped at her ballgown reveal. Truly, no one has gone harder for a theme.

JLo was the literal embodiment of Queen Charlotte in a regal regencycore pale blue ballgown that featured an off-the-shoulder corseted bodice with the most voluminous skirt, decorated with embroidered gold detailing. Sheer opera gloves added extra drama because more really is more in this instance. Her hair was styled in an elaborate braided updo with a sparkling tiara nestled on top.
As for her second look of the evening, Jen donned a sea foam green Elie Saab dress with a similar Bardot neckline. This dress featured silver embellishments with the pics showing JLo barefoot in the floaty number. The telltale sign of a good party spent dancing the night away.
