django CMS is free and open. To ensure that stays that way, the django CMS Association was founded in Switzerland in 2020. We are the guardians of django CMS. Here you can see the association's current strategy and the most recent annual report. The association is entirely run by volunteers.
Organizations that offer services around django CMS to their clients, for example web design, web development, hosting, consulting, etc.
Organizations who use django CMS to run their website benefit from django CMS being open and free (e.g. we don't charge any license fees).
If you are an individual python developer and having fun using django CMS for your website projects we invite you to contribute.
If you would like to be involved in the django CMS Association, including annual electronic votings and receive the annual financial reports, we propose your organization joins the django CMS Association as a member.
If you shy away from the paperwork involved in having your organization join the Association as a member, consider a plain vanilla sponsorship instead. It is also possible to dedicate the sponsorship to a specific purpose, or a feature.
We are constantly looking for volunteers to fill our ranks. We offer an active Discord community and fun and efficient teamwork.
Would you like to fix a bug or implement a new feature? We are always looking for django developers to join the community of contributors.
If you have developed a custom project for django CMS that you think is of interest to the public, consider open sourcing it. We offer some technical support for third-party projects hosted in our Github's django-cms organization.
