Melissa Gorga is just as in the dark when it comes to The Real Housewives of New Jersey's future as fans are.
"The truth is none of us know," the Bravo star exclusively told E! News in response to recasting rumors at the July 8 premiere of Tyler Perry's Divorce in the Black. "The Bravo gods are working their magic somewhere and making decisions." (See more of our exclusive interviews with the stars of Divorce in the Black tonight, July 9, on E! News at 11 p.m.)
While many viewers are bracing themselves for a full reboot after RHONJ's season 14 reunion was canceled amid unfixable cast fractures, Melissa is actually hoping for some change in the Garden State.
"I think there is a need for a small shakeup," the 45-year-old admitted. "I don't know if we need a large shakeup, but I do think a couple things need to change."
However, the mother of three noted fans are still tuning in to see how this season's drama among her, estranged sister-in-law Teresa Giudice, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, Jackie Goldschneider, Danielle Cabral, Rachel Fuda and Jennifer Fessler plays out.
"Our ratings are amazing," she added. "We do really well."
Melissa's insight comes just over a month after Bravo revealed the reality series won't be getting a reunion for the first time ever, citing insurmountable rifts between the season 14 castmates. However, RHONJ executive producer Andy Cohen has since squashed reboot rumors.
"Everything that you've heard about casting on The Housewives of Jersey is untrue," the Watch What Happens Live host exclusively told E! News in June. "There will be no decisions made for many months on Jersey, so anything you read about casting on Jersey is not true."
As for what's in store for the show's future after the filming pause?
"I think there are several different ways we can go with it," Andy noted. "And that's what the fun of doing this job is. We get to figure it out as a team and see what we do."
In the meantime, keep reading for E!'s official ranking of every Real Housewife ever. The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs Sundays at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
