Beware if all the hidden charges. This is a huge property but they are extracting money from the customer for each and every service they provide. Wifi, parking is heavily charged. Even Being a reputed hotel they are not telling the customers upfront before booking about these charges. They will block $100 security charge per night which is huge when it comes to canadian hotel standards. I missed the vibe of proper swimming pools as well.

I am very happy that I can enjoy this trip in this hotel. The room& the kitchenware is complete and clean, and there is a very good view. I would also like to thank the front desk staff for being very professional and patient in helping me answer questions. At the same time, the location of the hotel is very good. You can go anywhere by foot. There are many restaurants, grocery stores and favorite shopping stores around. I am very satisfied!

Staff at front desk do not properly provide receipts. I highly recommend watching your credit statements and record the balances. This seems illegal that they can provide receipts. I spoke to multiple managers abouth this issue. Watching my visa statement for unusual transactions. This ruined the stay at a nice hotel.
