Quiet area, wonderful trails along the river, across from the pool and a short drive to great restaurants, the Mill Dill District and several beautiful parks. “We were in BBR for a wedding with several other families. We hands down had the best house! The deck was so fun to hang out on and my 3 year old loved the twin room. It was also well equipped for cooking and with kid plates / utensils. It’s a bit far from the main lodge but the proximity to GM pool and park was good for those with little kids. Would love to stay again. ”

“This is a nice little property and a great little neighborhood. Be sure that your kids can fit on a smaller twin bed if you need to do that. For taller kids, it’s a little bit challenging the way it is set up.”

When we had issues, he worked with us on the resolution. Needs a small bit of work to be an outstanding property, but overall a decent stay.”
