Cheryl's showbiz pals Khloe and Kim Kardashian have reportedly urged her to start a "power brand" amid her comeback with Girls Aloud. The 41-year-old singer is said to be worried about her next move, with a source claiming "she knows this is probably the last chance to reinvent her career".

The source added that the band's comeback could be Cheryl's chance to thrive again, perhaps even teaming up with the Kardashian sisters themselves. "Kim and Khloe are Cheryl's most high-profile friends, she's grateful she can turn to them for guidance," the insider told Heat magazine.

"They've urged Cheryl to start building a power brand as well as putting herself back on the showbiz scene, being far more present on social media and also getting everyone talking abut her love life again.

"While Kim and Khloe respect that Cheryl likes the keep her private life low-key, they have reminded her that, if she really wants to regain her crown as the nation's sweetheart, she's going to have to put herself out there any way she can."

Express.co.uk has contacted Cheryl's representatives for a comment.

Cheryl, Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh reunited in June for a tour dedicated to their late bandmate Sarah Harding, who passed away from breast cancer in 2021.

The mother-of-one opened up about the band's future last month, insisting there was no set plan post-tour.

"Who knows what's next. We're like sisters now, so it never really ends. We've laughed, we've cried, we've cried laughing. It's been really fun," she told The Guardian.

While Cheryl keeps the details of her next career move under wraps, she has recently ventured into acting with a role in the West End production of 2:22 A Ghost Story.

Beyond the limelight, she dedicates time to her charity, brand partnerships, and motherhood, caring for her six-year-old son Bear, whom she co-parents with Liam Payne.

The singer forged a bond with the Kardashians at the peak of her stardom, later confirming their friendship on Instagram.

In a memorable moment from 2013, Cheryl sparked a social media frenzy by sharing a photo with Kim at a Kanye West gig in Las Vegas.

At the time, she referred to her pal as "a special soul". Kim has also reciprocated the affection on several occasions, including after Cheryl's departure from the X Factor.

In a tweet posted in 2011, the Kardashians star wrote: "I love Cheryl Cole! Kinda devastated she won't be on X-Factor anymore!"

She later gushed over the popstar in an interview with Grazia Magazine, stating: "I love Cheryl, I've met her a number of times. She's so beautiful and so sweet."
