Clarkson's Farm fans have pleaded for "no more heartbreak" after Lisa Hogan shared an update from Diddly Squat Farm. Series three of the Amazon Prime show, which follows Jeremy Clarkson on his farming adventures, saw a huge loss for the cast members.

The former Top Gear presenter had welcomed pigs to his farm but he and viewers were left devastated when they tragically "died in alarming numbers". Speaking about the huge loss, Jeremy, 64, told the press: "I thought it would be fun to have them, and then they just died in alarming numbers.

"It was very heartbreaking, I’d never ever seen Lisa cry, not once ever, until that all started. It was just terrible. I mean they still die, but we’re getting more used to it now, we’re a bit more robust." He added: "We’re a bit stronger at dealing with it now. But it was a very heart-breaking time."

This weekend, Jeremy's partner, Lisa, shared the news that the farm had welcomed more little pigs. Sharing a short clip of the newborn farm animals to her Instagram account she explained that the couple were now "proud grand pigletarents".

Captioning the post, Lisa penned: "Piglet alert! Many piglets, from our first gilt born on the farm (now that she’s produced a litter, she’s called a sow). Births were fast and easy and we are extremely proud grand pigletarents."

Fans of the Amazon show were delighted with the news, as they hoped that there would be "no more tears". One user shared their excitement as they wrote: "I cried with you guys when I watched Farm 3. So very happy all went well and bravo J for your fantastic invention."

Another pleaded: "All survived? [fingers crossed] No more [broken heart] episodes?" While a third added: "No more tears!"

Someone else wrote: "So glad all went well after the sadness of previous births. You’re going in the right direction."

A fifth said: "I hope none of them got squashed!" And another commented: "Oh my goodness well done guys so much better than the heartbreak of last lot."

The previous deaths happened when the mother pig accidentally killed some of her piglets by sitting on and suffocating them.

This broke viewers’ hearts as the piglets’ lifeless bodies were shown on camera on Clarkson’s Farm season 3.

Clarkson’s Farm is available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.
