TURNPIKE SERVICE IMPERSONATION
As of 8/23/2024 the Pennsylvania Turnpike and the E-ZPass Customer Service Center has been made aware of a fraudulent impersonation attempt by an outside actor. The source of these events has centered around urgent requests via text or other methods stating an urgent matter with your account.
If you receive an unsolicited text, email, or similar message suggesting it is from E-ZPass or other toll agency please DO NOT click on the link. Use approved safe methods such as the official PA Turnpike website (https://www.paturnpike.com/e-zpass), PA Toll Pay mobile application available from the Apple App Store, or the official GooglePlay store. If you receive such a text please delete it immediately and use the secure methods to verify your account.
