The Titans received final approval from the Metro Nashville Council on moving ahead with the new Nissan Stadium. Under the approval, the Titans are reportedly on the hook for $840 million of the $2.1 billion stadium, and any overages that may occur during construction. The agreement includes a new 30-year lease and non-relocation agreement - which means yet another team off the board for a possible London move. The goal is to have the stadium open in time for the 2027 season.
