KSAZ TV – Associate Producer
FOX 10, Arizona’s preeminent source for news, is seeking a talented, passionate, creative, and collaborative Associate Producer to join our dynamic team! In this position, you will assist with all areas of newscast production including writing, content selection and research, organize scripts, newscast timing, producer graphics and basic video editing, booking guests.  Field produce spot news stories and special segments.  Work cohesively with producers, photographers, reporters, and editors to produce news stories. 4-year college degree or equivalent req. KSAZ-TV Weather Anchor/Reporter
FOX 10, Arizona’s preeminent source for news, is seeking a talented, passionate, creative, and collaborative Weather Anchor/Reporter to join our dynamic team! As part of the FOX family, you will receive generous time off, 401k matching, a wealth of employee resources and superior medical, dental and vision benefits from day 1! Will be required to prepare and present compelling weather reports utilizing state-of-the-art technology for use on-air and online.  Must show ability to create and present interesting weathercasts specific to current and future events, report live in the elements and collaborate with the newsroom on weather events.  Experience with WSI Max Weather and a degree in meteorology a plus.  Candidates must show strong proficiency on-air as well as an established social media presence/engagement.  Will perform the functions of a GA Reporter, as required.  Must be able to produce and present live coverage of feature reports or special events. Participation in station sponsored community events will be required. College degree and minimum 3 years on air experience on broadcast television.  Must be able to obtain an Arizona driver’s license & provide a Motor Vehicle Report and rive a vehicle. KSAZ TV – Photographer
FOX 10, Arizona’s preeminent source for news, is seeking a talented, passionate, creative, and collaborative photographer to join our dynamic team! Job duties include covering general news assignments in a fast-paced environment using electronic VIDEO camera & editing equipment, applying techniques appropriate to each story.  Understanding of different camera/media formats required.  Recent on-the-street TV news photography experience required.  Must have live ENG remote experience, including streaming platforms and microwave truck operation.  Excellent storytelling techniques including composition, use of audio, lighting and effective editing required.  Along with photography, editing is a major component of this position, whether in the field or at the station.  Applicant must be able to edit ENG material both remotely and in-house for various newscasts under specific time constraints using non-linear editing equipment.  Must have a working knowledge of Adobe Premiere or comparable editing platforms. Familiarity with Bitcentral newsroom systems and iNews a plus.  Candidate is expected to be willing to cross-train into other areas of the news operation if needed. Weekends, holidays, travel & varied hours required. HS diploma required, college degree pref.  Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. equipment. KSAZ TV – Account Executive 
FOX 10 / FOX10Xtra in Phoenix, Arizona is looking for an Account Executive.  This position is responsible for generating digital and broadcast revenue for Phoenix, Arizona’s top news and sports stations.  The ideal candidate is self-motivated and results-oriented and thrives developing new business, selling OTT and CTV platforms, creating, and selling unique multi-screen promotional sponsorships, and maintaining and improving an existing client list.  The successful AE candidate must be able to work in a team environment, possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills and be able to develop strong client and agency relationships .  This candidate must also be able to identify qualified targets and opportunities and aggressively pursue digital, OTT and new business advertisers, provide strategic advice throughout the sales process, and close new sales.  We are looking for someone that can bring together all our resources [FLX/OTT, Top Rated Local News, FOX sports, Market-leading news, MyNetwork TV, Multi-platform Sponsorships and Promotions] and provide marketing solutions in a creative manner to achieve a high level of results.  Other responsibilities include but not limited to: process transactional business, timely management of accounts and administrative tasks, maintain a high level of communication with station and corporate management, sales staff, and all station personnel. Participate in sales trainings and meetings.

  • 3+ years professional experience in Sales, Account Management, and/or Business Development, preferably in a TV sales environment.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Experience developing new business, with a record of digital success.
  • Skilled negotiator and motivator.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, written & verbal communication skills.
  • Digitally savvy. Proficiency with computers and cloud-based communication applications. Experience with WideOrbit preferred.
  • Ability to accurately forecast revenue based on client pending and pipelines.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license.

KSAZ TV – Production Manager

FOX10, Arizona’s preeminent source for news, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Production Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and broadcasting operations of our television station. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, managing a team of production and master control staff, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all aspects of television station production and master control operations, including overseeing the production workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure that all programming and content are produced and delivered according to the station's guidelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments, such as programming, engineering, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and execution of production plans. 
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of master control systems, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and that technical issues are promptly addressed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of on-air content; making adjustments and improvements as needed.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements related to television production and master control operations and recommend and implement innovative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as News, program producers, promotions, advertisers, sales, traffic, engineering, and regulatory bodies.
  • This position will also occasionally assist with facility related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in television production, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in television production and master control operations, with a strong understanding of industry standards, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of television production equipment, studio lighting, master control systems, and broadcast automation software.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Traffic, News, and Engineering
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find solutions to technical and operational challenges.
  • Excellent Computer skills using Microsoft Office Products, Google products: Drive, Docs, and search engine
  • Experience with Sony ELC, XVS-9000, SSL Audio Consoles and Evertz Mediator Master Control preferred
  • Weekend, holidays and varied hours required
