Next-day delivery is free for orders totalling £85 or more. However, you can add next-day delivery to any order for as little as £3.99. To ensure your order arrives on time, make sure you finalise your order before 11 pm the day before. Otherwise, standard delivery is always free and takes 3-5 business days.

At the time of writing, Roman does not offer a birthday discount to customers.

Additional helpful information

Returns

1. Products can be returned for an exchange or refund within 60 days of receiving your items.

2. Items can be returned via post or direct to a Roman store.

3. Items including face masks, lingerie, earrings and headwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

4. Certain products, such as throws, bedding and homeware cannot be returned to the store and need to be returned via post.

5. Once received, your goods will be subject to quality checks. If products pass these checks, a refund will be issued within 5 working days.

6. In some cases, refunds may take 14 working days to process.

7. For instant refunds or exchanges, it's advised that you return your products to a Roman store.

Price match policy

Roman doesn’t currently offer price matching. This is typical of retailers selling bespoke ranges, while prices are fairly competitive.
