Designed by O.K.Antonov ASTC as heavy long-range transport aircraft widely used for air cargo services. The An22 holds many world records for the carriage of outsize cargoes. Second to none owing to its full-height widebody cargo hold capable to accomodate anything sized from chairs up to main battle tanks.
This aircraft is capable of operating from/into unpaved runways.
