The Glossier Grant Program
Our vision is to change how the world sees beauty.
We can’t do that without changing our industry first. The Glossier Grant Program invests in Black beauty entrepreneurs to address legacies of inequity, exclusion, and barriers to fundraising. Since 2020, we’ve invested $2 million towards this program, partnering with over 40+ founders leading 37 brilliant beauty brands across the US and the UK, sharing grant funding, curated business programming, resources and time.
We introduced the Alumni Award this year to give one former grantee $100,000 to scale their business sustainably. Read on to learn more about our 2024 winners.
Winner of the Alumni Award: Range Beauty
Founder: Alicia Scott

Range Beauty brings you “Makeup For Skin That Acts Up,” inspired by founder Alicia’s needs for skin-centered makeup that gets along with her eczema and acne because she knows the struggle of finding makeup that looks good and feels good. This led her to create high-performance products that don’t trigger flare-ups and breakouts.
