We just learned from Hoda Kotb to never underestimate the value of an office supply.

The Today show star is currently in Paris reporting on the 2024 Olympics, where she recently found herself experiencing a sudden wardrobe malfunction. During a taping of the NBC series, her yellow shift dress had suddenly burst open at the left seam.

Well, Hoda was quick on her feet for how to fix the situation. As she revealed in a short Instagram clip later that day, her stylist Kaitlin Vickery helped her out by stapling the outfit back together in between segments on the air. What's more, she made sure to shout out the duo's handy workaround for the fashion snafu.

"Wardrobe malfunction — nothing that a stapler can't fix!" she wrote on social media. "[Thanks] @kaitlinvictory."

After she posted about the great clothing hack, it didn't take long for the comments to roll in.

"And this is why you’re iconic! Relentlessly cool 🆒 & unflappable," one person wrote. "I like the way you think lady! 👏🙌 @hodakotb," another declared. "Like we all couldn’t love you more … but then you did everything at the Olympics and boom! 💥," a different follower added.

Thankfully, all was well, and the Making Space podcast host was all set to get back on the air.
