Richard S. Ford Are you watching me, Danielle? Yes I am. In fact, draft 2 of Engines of War went off to my editor just this morning.
Richard S. Ford Haha! Good question. No, I'm not a Spurs fan. For my sins, I'm a Leeds United supporter, so I'm sure you can imagine how that feels right now.

The name Hawkspur actually comes from a conversation I had with my partner about the pet rabbit she had as a child. It was called 'Larkspur', named after the fairy in Christine Broadman's story 'Larkspur Gets Her Wings'. I changed the 'Lark' to 'Hawk' because I thought it sounded cooler. The blue and white motif is just a coincidence.
Richard S. Ford Hi Cesar

Unfortunately I don't have any current plans to continue with the story started in the Steelhaven series. However, I have a new series coming out in June from Titan books. More details here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...
Richard S. Ford Hi Mark

The bad news is there is no more Steelhaven currently in the works. The good news is I have a brand new series available from Titan Books on 12th June this year. More details: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...
Richard S. Ford Hi Flavio

Unfortunately there is no ETA for the sequels. Two series were planned as trilogies but, due to the vagaries of the publishing industry, only book one was ever finished. Sorry I don't have better news.

Regards
Richard S. Ford I do have plans for future novels and should a publisher arrive who's keen enough for the continuation of the series I would be happy to write them!!
Richard S. Ford Unfortunately no current plans. That decision was out of my hands I'm afraid, but that's not to say there won't be an audio version at some point in the future.
