Yvonne Pierre is a survivor who has overcome years of childhood sexual abuse, rape and the murder of her father that led to self-destructive behavior at an early age. But after several wake-up calls, Yvonne was determined to turn her life around and obtained her education after graduating from an alternative school. She now holds four degrees: two Associates in Accounting and Business Management, a Bachelors in Marketing and an Executive Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Originally from Gary, Indiana, Yvonne Pierre presently resides in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. In 2006, I was in a tragic car accident with my 3-year old (she is ok). I suffered a traumatic braininjury and this is my Memoir. Chapter One takes you to the door of heaven in my Near-Death Experience. People tell me you have to read it in a quiet place with no interruptions. I hope you like it, as nothing is more real than real life itself. Inspiring and motivating, it shows you how you can beat the odds and be that one-in-a-million that gets to make it. That's me and you. And it can be anyone else with the gumption.
