Melanie Golding's "Sight" is a dark, depressing, bone-chilling, and intense supernatural thriller that revolves around Faith, a 22-year-old woman with a unique gift or curse: she can see how a person dies, earning her the nickname "Oracle of Death."

The plotline has Guillermo Del Toro's "Nightly Alley" meets "AHS: Carnival" vibes, hooking you from the first page and taking you on a journey into the universe of a traveling circus. The circus is filled with acrobats, trapeze artists, fire eaters, aerial hoopers, jugglers, knife throwers, and more.

Faith's entire world revolves around the circus, her family, her job, her friends, and her horse, Macha. Her life changed the day she dreamed of her brother Tommy's death, which changed her family's perspective of her. She turned into something problematic, cursed. Her relatives cannot look into her eyes because she can tell how they will die as soon as she looks in their eyes. She couldn't get an education because when children realized her gift, she was bullied and kicked out of school.

Her only true friend is Betsy, whom she met at her lowest point.

Now, she barely holds her job as her uncle watches her like a hawk to catch her in the act of predicting the future. Her mother is bedridden, and Faith spends each penny she earns to pay the nurses for taking good care of her.

But she realizes there's a man watching her in the shadows, stalking her. Who is he? And when she accidentally sees how he dies, she becomes frightened.

People out there are gossiping about her gift, and her own relatives are planning to put an end to her.

Who can she trust? How can she survive in this harsh world when she's alone, trying to keep her head above water?

I loved the riveting writing, clenching my fist many times when I witnessed how unfairly her own family treated Faith. She was a unique, vulnerable character struggling to find her place on earth, trying to make peace with her power even though it scares anyone who gets close to her.

I foresaw the big twist from the beginning, but it was still well-executed.

I highly recommend this paranormal thriller that gave me shivers and made the hair on my neck stand up.

Many thanks to NetGalley and Crooked Lane Books for sharing this page-turner's digital reviewer copy with me in exchange for my honest thoughts.

Faith has a gift, a very unusual gift. She can look into someone's eyes and knows how they are going to die. At an early age she learned to hide her gift from others. Faith worked in her family's traveling carnival/circus until an incident with an unruly person resulted in her experiencing a vision in front of the entire audience. One would think this would be interesting for carnival goers and part of the show, but Faith is kicked out and lost her only way to pay for her mother's care.

Now with the support of her friend, she will use her gift to make money and is unsettled when she sees herself in a vision....

I had such high hopes for this book. I loved Golding's other books Little Darlings and The Hidden and was expecting to love this one as well. It is only 272 pages long but felt much, much longer. It was slow in parts and had a very strange vibe. When the book began, I could have sworn that the book took place during the Victorian age, but it takes place in the modern day. I might have enjoyed this more if this book had taken place in the past, it might have made more sense in terms of people's reaction to her visions. There was a nice reveal at the end and I have to say it was very well done.

I can't fault, Melanie' Golding's writing. It is top notch. She also does a great job creating tone and atmosphere in this book. I just had a hard time connecting with this book and the characters. The synopsis was intriguing and as I mentioned I had high hopes.

Although this was not my favorite of her books, I will still be excited to read what she writes next.

O.k. So, now I know? Me and Melanie Golding books just don't get along. I mean, maybe I would want to punch her in the eye for writing such craptastic books, but since I'm 59 and have never punched anyone then she's probably safe. Just don't come to Missoula, Montana! Just kidding!
So, really. No review. Just know that I hated this story. Plenty of folk like this author, so pay these ramblings no mind.

The Sight is the latest release from Melanie Golding, author of Little Darlings and The Hidden. I enjoyed both of those books so much. I loved the dark atmosphere and eerie sense of dread that permeated both.

Because of that, I was really excited to pick this one up. After completing The Sight, I would still consider myself a fan of Golding's writing, but unfortunately, this story just didn't do much for me.

I only have myself to blame. I really didn't do much investigation into this one prior to reading it. I sort of just anticipated a similar feeling story to the earlier works mentioned above, and it was comped to Stranger Things.

Sadly, this didn't feel like those previous works at all, nor did it feel like Stranger Things. I felt no dread, no urgency, no suspense and no mystery. It felt very general Literary Fiction, which is admittedly, not my cup of tea.

I was happy to have a copy of the audiobook, which I did feel was well narrated. Otherwise, it probably would have taken me weeks to get through this.

I can see that there is a solid story here and I think for people who enjoy the feel of a slow-burn Literary Fiction novel, this could be a good fit. Particularly, if you enjoy stories set in a carnival environment.

I'm not sure if I have much else to say. I'm sort of at a loss. The story does nothing wrong, it just wasn't what I was looking for, nor what I would generally tend to pick up. My most dominant feeling while reading it was boredom.

In spite of this, I would recommend that everyone who thinks this sounds intriguing, give it a shot. Reading is highly subjective, as we all know, and your experience may be completely different than mine. In fact, you could end up with a new favorite.

I would caution against putting to much stake in the comp to Stranger Things in the synopsis though. I don't see that comparison at all and I think if you go into this wanting that, like I did, you could be disappointed.

Thank you to the publishers, Crooked Lane Books and Dreamscape Media, for providing me with copies to read and review. Regardless of my experience with this one particular story, I look forward to picking up Golding's next release!

I was instantly intrigued when I saw the description for this book and then when I realized the author was Melanie Golding I knew I had to read it. I enjoyed both of her prior books quite a bit. I have to say I was a little disappointed because this book moved so slowly. I loved the narrator and I thought she brought both the two narrators and the story overall to life. There are a couple of twists in this one, but I have to admit I wasn’t really surprised by either of them. I liked the glimpse into modern circus life. Faith was born with a special gift, but it scares everyone who learns of it and has left her separate from her family. When Faith looks someone in the eye she can see their death. Her mother was the only one who remained loyal to her but she is near her own end and Faith is alone except her friend Betsy who she met at lowest point as a child. When Faith loses control of her ability and tells a pseudo famous man how he will die she has to deal with the whole world knowing about her ability and all the infamy that comes with it.

I enjoyed the circus setting in this book and the descriptions of life surrounding it - all the travel, the varied personalities, the superstitions, etc. I also loved the beautiful cover of the carousel horse.

With The Sight , celebrated author Melanie Golding delivers another suspense-driven masterpiece with unforgettable characters and an ending that will leave you stunned.

My Thoughts:

Faith's ability was intriguing, although it had to feel like such a heavy burden to her. Having "the sight" presented her with many challenges to overcome - many caused by other people's fear of her ability. I've read several of Melanie Golding's books, and this one was not my favorite, but it's still an interesting story and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to read about circus life. It is a rather dark book though.

Thanks to Crooked Lane Books through Netgalley for an advance copy. This book is expected to be published on September 5, 2023.

Faith has the ability to see when and how people will die. After foreseeing a family tragedy and being shunned, she learns how to control her visions, she then returns to the family carnival. When an unruly customer attacks her, she has a vision in front of a crowd, and she is then banned from the carnival. Now she needs to figure out how to support her and her dying mother and decides to go to dangerous lengths to earn money, no longer hiding her ability. But then she sees herself in a man's future death...

The Sight was not exactly what I was expecting but I did enjoy it. Now, I absolutely loved the first book I read by Melanie Golding, The Hidden. So, I had high expectations. I received The Sight as an audiobook ARC and usually I can finish an audiobook rather quickly, but I had a little trouble staying interested. I am not sure if it was the book, the narrator, or a mix of both, but I didn't love it. Faith's ability was interesting, and I wanted to see what she was going to do with her gift. I will say, I didn't expect the twist! It was a nice surprise. Now that I am writing out this review, I am thinking maybe I would have enjoyed it more as a physical book. If you're interested in reading The Sight, I say give it a go as a physical or ebook!

Thank you NetGalley and Dreamscape Media for the ARC and giving me the chance to listen and review it honestly.

Happy reading!

Faith discovers at a young age and in a tragic way that she has the “gift” to foresee how someone will die. She and her family are carnival performers, but this is a dangerous gift and they demand Faith to keep it a secret. When an event occurs that makes Faith blurt out a vision, she is ostracized from the carnival. She’s not forced to leave but since she cannot work with the performers, she’s given the job of running a carnival ride so she can make money to support her dying mother. After an altercation with a customer, Faith blurts out yet another vision and it goes viral. Shortly after she senses she’s being followed and has a vision of herself killing the man following her. Now with no one except her best friend on her side, she finds out the pack up crew have raised her rates out of reach. She needs money fast and she also needs to find out who this man is and what circumstances must transpire to cause her to kill him at some future date. Could her gift help to raise the much needed money and also help her to change the events that lead to murder?

The characters here are richly drawn and I loved the story. This is a great and atmospheric paranormal thriller by the author of Little Darlings which I also enjoyed. I listened to the audiobook which is beautifully narrated by Ella Lynch @narrator.Ella

Thank you to @dreamscape_media @netgalley @melaniegoldingauthor for an advance audio copy.

I’m really hoping Book of the Month or Aardvark feature this as a September selection as I will definitely want a hard copy for my bookshelf. A great read for the fall season coming up!

Thanks to Netgalley and Crooked Lane for gifting me an early copy of this book. Below is my honest review:

This is my second book by Melanie Golding. I loved Little Darlings so much, and was really excited about this one. Apparently, I somehow missed getting my hands on The Hidden, so I'll have to remedy that as soon as possible.

The Sight involves a character named Faith who, since childhood, has had the ability to see how people are going to die when she makes eye contact with them. It causes strife on the family run circus she works for, both as a child and as an adult, when the powers are used. Most of the circus workers feel like it's an evil curse and not a gift, so they treat her very poorly over the years.

As the story progresses, we see her come to grips with her gift, learning not to shun it. Of course, it takes a long time, most of the book, for real progress to be made.

I wasn't pleased with one aspect of the ending, so I had to cut a star. I can't mention it here, because I don't want to spoil.

Included in that star reduction is my confusion as to the first time her powers showed up - did it happen while she was sleeping, rather than when she made eye contact? My curiosity towards that inconsistency was hard to shake.

All in all, another win for Golding. I can't wait to catch up on The Hidden and very much look forward to whatever great tale she comes up with next.

Definitely recommended, especially for fans of dark, horror-adjacent-but-not-quite-horror paranormal tales that have deep characters and gripping plots.

There seem to be a lot of supernatural themed thrillers lately and this one was good. The main character is plagued by seeing people’s deaths. It haunts her wherever she goes and gets her into trouble. As a reader, I had empathy for her and admired her tenacity. The ending was the best part with a completely unexpected twist.

I received an ARC of this novel via NetGalley and Crooked Lane Books in exchange for an honest review.

As a child, Faith, foresees the death of her brother and discovers that she has inherited an ability to see other's deaths. Despite being part of a traveling carnival, her gift is seen more as a curse resulting in a struggle to find performers and earn income. When she uses her gift to help a friend she is banned from the carnival, the only life she knows, causing her to go to dangerous lengths to earn money which leads to a vision of a man's murder. She must embrace her gift and learn to control it if she wants to escape her fate.

The Sight is a new novel by Melanie Golding which follows a carnie worker, Faith, who is able to see others death. Her gift brings fear to the other performers and results in her losing her job. The plot was intriguing and I liked the character but for some reason I had a hard time getting through this one. I'm not sure if it was the writing style or maybe it was just me but it felt like the story was really dragging at several parts and I mostly just felt tired trying to get through a few chapters. I think other readers will find this one more enjoyable than I did... another it's me not you read.

This review is for an ARC copy received from the publisher through NetGalley.
I was attracted to this title due to the premise of a carnival performer who has visions of people's deaths if she looks them in the eyes, and the promotion of it being for "fans of Stranger Things." The writing was decent, the story reasonably interesting, as I do enjoy tales involving carnivals/circuses and such. But overall it was a bit too Urban Fantasy, and not really what I tend to read. Not a bad book by any means, but just not really my thing.

This was a very interesting read. Faith has the ability to see your death by looking into your eyes. Her family runs a circus and it’s against the rules to use her “gift”. As her own mother’s life is coming to an end everything starts to fall apart. She then sees herself in someone else’s vision and is desperate to figure out what happened.

I cannot believe how quickly I read this book! I was literally hooked throughout the entire story - just couldn't put it down at all. And when I picked this up it was already kind of late so I certainly never expected to finish this book the same day I had started it. Yet I did! The pages kept flying by.

And the amazing twist in here!! Wow! It totally caught me off guard! Like how was that possible?? The one thing I did know and I had guessed from the very beginning - someone is watching Faith and stalking her - the identity of that person was very easy to guess. But that other twist?? Never would have even dreamed of that at all!!

So I never dreamed this book would be so powerful or so very captivating. And its kind of weird that it was so captivating because a lot of it is kind of sad and gloomy? Its about how Faith is treated horrid by others but also by her own family. Yet somehow it is written in such a way that the story is just so gripping! I am unsure how the author did that. But she did.

But a lot of this book is about superstition and how people can fear things. You know witches and soothsayers and oracles. And death. People rather not know when death is coming. But what if you just saw it and you had no control over seeing it? An unwanted gift? And then others fear you and treat you horrid all because of this unique curse / talent you have? Well that is the problem that poor Faith has.

And can I add that her family is like awful? These characters are all so well written but many of them, well, you want to hate them.. They are so cruel. Their brains are ruled by stories of witches and curses.

Parts of the book flutter between the past when Faith was 10 years old and the present day.

This is set in England.

Faith born into the unusual world of the carnival is plagued by visions of death. As a young girl Faith inherited a curse where when she looks into someone’s eyes she can see how they will die. Her carnival family treats Faith as a pariah and forbids her to use her gift. But when a friends father becomes ill during their performance Faith looks into his future setting off a chain of unfortunate events. Faith must walk the tightrope her life has now become and make the right decisions or be forced out of the carnival life and left out to fend for herself and her terminal mother.

First off it took me about 40% of the book to really get into it. I wasn’t loving the narrators voice or the plot line of faiths childhood. However after about the 40% of the way into the book it really picked up and I was invested! Although this is a dark mystery it is filled with elements of grief and family trauma. There were several twists right at the end and I was there for them! I would definitely pick up the sequel to this book if there ever ends up being one. I’d love to see Faiths story continue and see how her gifts develop.

Thank you NetGalley for the opportunity to read this audiobook.

The Sight is a story about a young woman named Faith who has the ability to foresee how people die. Her family of carnival workers are superstitious and view her ability as a curse, outcasting her from being in the ring with them.

The atmosphere of the carnival, vivid descriptions of the premonitions, and tension between the family had my full attention. Once there is an encounter with a soldier around the halfway mark the book became unputdownable for me. I needed to know who he was and if the vision of his death came true or not.

What to expect: Non-linier timelines, unreliable narrator, family drama, & spooky premonitions.

4 of 5 stars at The BiblioSanctum https://bibliosanctum.com/2023/10/24/...

This is my third novel by Melanie Golding, and once more I was not disappointed by the captivating storytelling and creepy vibes. The Sight follows trick rider Faith Harrington, who has the power to foresee a person’s death. It first manifested when she was just a child, wintering with her family of circus performers on a farm over a frozen lake, when a dream suddenly came to her foretelling her brother’s drowning. Ever since that day, simply looking into someone else’s eyes will bring on a vision of how they will die. Faith’s helplessness to do anything to prevent these deaths is what ultimately drove her to try and blind herself by stabbing out her left eye.

Circus folk being the superstitious bunch they are, however, at first they tried to keep Faith out of the family business, and only after a promise from Faith herself to never use her gift did her Uncle Billy eventually allow her back in the ring. Gradually though, even those closest to her began to fear her and pull away, and then one night, disaster strikes in the middle of a show, and Faith is compelled to break her promise as a favor for a dear friend. Had that been the extent of it, all might have been forgiven, but soon afterwards, Faith is caught using her gift again, this time with the entire incident caught on camera, sealing her fate. Uncle Billy is left with no choice but to cast Faith out of her beloved circus and the only life she has ever known.

This banishment ends up setting in motion a series of events that leads to more hardship for Faith, now adrift in a world without support, with a mother whose end-of-life care is racking up some serious expenses. But our protagonist is resourceful and determined, using her ability to her advantage in a truly enterprising manner, selling her gift as a service—until one day, a look into a client’s eyes revealed herself as the killer in her vision of his future murder.

Up until this point, the novel had been a slow build-up of tension and suspense, alternating between the present and flashbacks which served to fill in the gaps in our main character’s backstory. However, as Faith’s journey takes an unexpected turn with the revelation of seeing herself in a vision of a stranger’s death, that was a truly WTF! moment, injecting a fresh jolt of momentum and shifting the narrative abruptly from slow-burn into edge-of-your-seat territory.

At the heart of it, The Sight is a depressing, tragic tale as well. Faith’s life has been marred by death, death, and more death. In a bold move, the author does not shy away from the emotional burden her protagonist carries, incorporating her trauma into creating a heavy, haunting atmosphere. In turn, Faith’s portrait is a picture of a woman who has faced one trial after another, but these experiences have also sculpted her character into one of remarkable depth.

Through all the darkness though, there is some light. While it feels a bit wrong to admit this, I did find some amusement in Faith exploiting her gift by advertising herself as an “Oracle of Death,” and it says a lot about our society that I find it completely believable that some would pay huge sums of money for the services she can provide. In the end, there is also a ray of hope and optimism—that is, right before it is dashed by the parting shot of a last-minute twist.

But that is the game you play when you pick up a Melanie Golding book. You enter a world where the ordinary and the paranormal coexist, and where the line between horror and thriller blurs. The Sight was another great read, showcasing her talent for writing eerie and emotionally charged stories.

I enjoyed the last Golding book I read, but this book is a hard no from me.

If you’re going to write a book where your main protagonist comes from an insular and superstitious group of people like circus people, then you had better make sure to do your research and be accurate. This is my first and largest complaint. Golding simply didn’t do her research.

Who’s to know whether or not a British traditional circus would turn away a stakeholding member with the sight in real life? It’s certainly not impossible. But traditionally, circuses have been the safe haven of anyone a little different, weird, or otherwise seen as an outcast by society. It doesn’t make sense that someone would be cast out for having the sight, especially if they were family. Circus is all about found family.

Circuses also still have their own code and vernacular that’s used both during shows and when the public isn’t around. It doesn’t matter what country you’re in. The lingo pretty much doesn’t change much because it reaches across language barriers.

I was reading Golding’s book and I wasn’t seeing any of this. None of the terms that I knew the characters should be using were being spoken. And WHOMP. There goes your worldbuilding before the first half of the first act is done. If you don’t even go to the trouble to build your world, how are we supposed to care about your book?

Now, I know this book isn’t entirely about the circus, but nothing about this book made me care about it. The prose was blah. The plot was blah. The characters were blah. It just all simply felt like Golding had phoned it in.

I was provided a copy of this title by NetGalley and the author. All thoughts, opinions, views, and ideas expressed herein are mine and mine alone. Thank you.

I legitimately can not understand or believe a group of people that make their living off of peculiar bizarre unconventional talents and yet hold so much animosity and judgment towards somebody who also has similar unconventional talents. Also, a fortune telling act seems like it would go hand-in-hand with Circus performances did they not think that they could use this girl to make money and increase ticket sales? .....just very hypocritical and annoying to me like I want her to leave the circus and go Do her own thing cause this is ridiculous.

This literally feels like the Salem witch trials. Like, are these people dumb? " She will kill you. I've seen her do it before. "... makes no sense.

I feel like the beginning third portion is draggggging. Personally, I would want to skip this familial background stuff.

Like, give us that 1 chapter when she's a kid and the boys fall through the ice and then skip ahead to the "now" portion where she has already been fired from the circus. We don't need all the rest.

It is just really boring to me.

The Sight by Melanie Golding. Thanks to @crookedlanepub for the gifted Arc ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Working on her family’s circus, Faith hides her most unusual trait. When she makes eye contact, she has visions of the other person’s death. After an incident, she uses her gift and sets off a chain of events.

Melanie Golding is one of my favorite authors and this book was no exception! She has a way of writing with magic, that’s not always explained, but works perfectly in the setting she created. Speaking of settings… anything better than a circus setting? I loved her unique trait and how it all turned out. There was even an extra twist I wasn’t expecting.

“We are the masters of distraction, of directing the gaze of an audience, of manipulating what they see and don’t see.”

The Sight comes out 9/5.

The Sight is a story of Faith, a traveling circus worker, who has the ability to see a person's death when she looks into their eyes. The synopsis sounded promising, it sounded truly thrilling. Unfortunately, it wasn't.

I love the book's cover, and the circus setting. The ending was okay, though a bit forced. The entire middle was just overwrought conversations and a petty family fued. I wasn't able to really connect with any of the characters, save for Betsy, which is pretty funny. I think the inaccurate synopsis on Goodreads really sets the reader up for disappointment. I liked it okay enough, and would read another from Melanie Golding.

My favorite thing about this book was the cover. The description should be changed since barely any of the story actually covered that topic. Maybe I would have enjoyed it a lot more if I wasn't expecting the whole story to be about what it says in that description. Otherwise, the carnival setting was well done and detailed. The author is a good writer and has a lot of potential. This just wasn't it for me. Three Stars.

I didn't have any definite expectations about this book. I picked it up because it sounded intriguing and it was a slight shift from what I had been reading recently.

The story itself was easy for me to get wrapped up in, but it didn't quite feel like the setting was as modern as was suggested. I noticed that other readers had similar feedback. That was really my main fault with the book, though.

There was a LOT in this story to unpack: a girl who was part of a circus family and part owner of their circus at only 22. Her extended family turned on her, and the circus staff refusing to work with her/for her. Her mom was terminally ill and Faith had a gift that allowed her to see how people died if she looked them in the eyes. I felt all the appropriate emotions of frustration and anger toward her family members, and sympathy for her situation, though she was quite determined to overcome anything thrown at her.

The ending though...shoot. The unfolding of the rest of the story, which we get glimpses of a couple of times was not entirely what I expected. I was so busy worrying about how Faith was going to work things out that I wasn't even all that focused on what we later found out.

I waivered between 3 and 4 starts and ultimately decided on 4 because of the ending. Golding did a good job and it made me want to know what happens next for Faith.

There are so many “what if’s” involving super powers and other supernatural gifts. One that frequently comes up is: if you could find out how you die, would you want to know?

That’s exactly what this story goes into. With the main character, Faith, having the “gift” to see how a person’s life will end.

I really enjoyed the setting and concept of this book. I think the setting of a carnival gave it an eerie feeling, but not in a clown/horror way, but rather in a mysteriously, dark way. I wanted to know more about the members of her family and the different acts/shows in the carnival.

Having the audiobook really delivered a different tone that helped me to visualize as the narrator was reading. Some scenery was quite beautiful in the story.

There are so many layers to each of the characters, that I think it’d need to be a longer book to get more and understand some of their internal motivation/conversations/struggles. This gave us a nice taste of each of the characters without overdoing it.

Overall, I did enjoy the book, but found a lot was said in the description. This is my first book read by this author and I look forward to their other work!

Thank you to the author, Melanie Golding, Dreamscape Media and NetGalley for the audio arc of The Sight in exchange for my review!

Thank you to @crookedlanebooks for my #gifted copy! I was immediately drawn in with this ominous and creepy cover. I have not read Goldings previous work but I know its popular!

Anything that centers on a circus draws me in. It has always fascinated me that the performers live a nomadic style life and yet have such rich familial bonds. This story is mainly about Faith and the fall out of her “abilities”. The characters are richly depicted and the atmosphere is done very well. It jumps between past and present which helps understand the history of the family and the circus itself.

I don’t know if I would label this a thriller. It is more of a suspense drama. The strife’s that Faith has to go through with her family, drug addiction and mental health are more prevalent than any “scare”. However, I couldn’t help root for her. All she wants is to belong and be a part of the circus like her mother.

I can’t really give too much away but the ending BLINDSIGHTED me. I did not expect it one bit. Well freaking done! I almost want to go back and reread parts of it. I had no idea it was going to end the way it did and I was impressed.

I read this book because I have enjoyed everything I've read from Ms. Golding. I was not drawn in by the it taking place within the circus. I know a lot of people love books centered on circuses but I am not one of them. I could have done with less circus. But, again, I really enjoy this author! I felt for Faith and how she was ostracized by her circus family for her gift. I never quite understood why no one had thought to use it to make money, especially in a circus environment. The story kept the reader on their toes. I had another lingering question throughout the book that was answered at the end. A good solid thriller!

Thanks to NetGalley and Crooked Lane Books for a copy of the book. This review is my own opinion.

Fun audiobook!!

Faith can look into your eyes & tell you how you’ll die. This is thought to be a curse by her carnival family so she’s a bit of a pariah.

A supernatural thriller.

A bit of carnival life, a daughter grieving her dying mom for over ten years & a mystery that’s solved in a dual timeline.

Faith’s brother drowned in a lake when they were kids, could she have saved him?

Faith’s seen someone else’s death at her hand, can she stop it.

Great ending!

Thank you NetGalley & Dreamscape Media! Just what I was looking for!
