This was a quick read about a romance between a country sheriff and a doctor. They’ve got history together from when they grew up in the same town, but I thought it was handled really well and I loved the characters. Definitely a series I’ll be continuing!

Do be careful to read this series in order. There are recurring characters in the town of Logan Point and it’s so much more fun to get the full small-town vibe.

This is the first book I have read by Patricia Bradley, and it won't be my last. I absolutely loved this exciting, fast-paced story. I was hooked from the very first page and remained so until the very end. With a few surprises up her sleeve, Patricia Bradley will have you saying "WHOA, I didn't see that coming!"

This romantic suspense story was entertaining and kept me guessing on some aspects. The family connections were endearing, and I especially enjoyed the mother-son relationship between Leigh and T.J.

I liked that panic attacks were featured. This is something that I’ve personally experienced. Mine were different and more debilitating than Ben’s, but the tone of those moments was definitely familiar to me. It’s neat to see a different type of panic attack featured than the one I’ve experienced personally, because it shows that there are a million varieties of the same issue. It helps us relate better to each other when we know we may be handling similar things that are difficult to weather.

Content: child from pre-marital relationship, dance club mentioned, strippers mentioned, one-night stand mentioned, gambling, tobacco, drugs mentioned

Dr Leigh Somerall returns to Logan Point with her son. Ten
years ago she had been chased away by the former Sheriff Tom
Logan because his son was dating her. Tom Logan told her
to keep secret why she stopped dating his son or else he
would jail her brother for his offense.
Now Leigh is back to finish her obligation to work in the
hospital there to pay back her medical school loans. Her son
and Leigh are staying with her brother, Tony Jackson.
But something is not going right with her brother. The only
person she can turn to now is Acting Sheriff Ben Logan who
was her former flame. She contacts him to help Tony.
Tony requests Ben to meet him. Tony claims to have
information about the truth behind Ben’s father’s shooting.
Before they can meet, Ben finds Tony shot. With his dying
breath Tony put Ben into a position to vow to protect his sister.
Now the action begins…….
The characters are vivid, well developed and interesting. The
story is fast paced with plenty of intrigue, suspense and mystery.
The tension was thick and well-sustained with quite a tangled
web of clues and secrets revealed and lies being uncovered.
The book covers deceit, betrayal, viciousness, greed, hatred
but is also filled with faith, friendship, trust, forgiveness and love.
A Promise to Protect is the second book in the Logan Point
series. It can be read as a stand alone with the reader able to
follow along without difficulty.
Thank you to book fun.org for this Book. My opinion is my own.

First review written post-baby! This one is a 4.5*. Definitely off to a good start :)

Leigh Somerall never intended to return to Logan’s Point. As a teenager, she was branded a rebel and never sat on good terms with the town’s sheriff, and as a college student she left town abruptly, breaking the heart of the sheriff’s son. Now a doctor and a single mother, she finds herself back in Logan’s Point to spend time with her brother and fulfil a work commitment that will pay off the last of her student loans. Her initial plans to avoid Ben Logan, the boy she once fell in love with, evaporate when her brother is murdered and Ben is heading up the investigation.

Ben Logan has been acting as sheriff ever since his father’s stroke, which occurred after an attempt on his life. Ben had hoped that Leigh’s brother might hold the key to the reason why someone would want to kill Logan’s Point’s sheriff, but the man turns up dead before he can gain any insight. Ben is determined to protect Leigh and her son from any further harm, even if his old sweetheart consistently resists his help. The more time they spend together, the more Ben wonders if Leigh has a deeper motive from wanting to stay away from him—one that’s linked to the reason why she left town so abruptly all those years ago.

Before either of them can examine their past relationship and open up to each other, they have to figure out who killed Leigh’s brother, and if he intends to harm another member of her family—and why.

Prior to this year, I wouldn’t have considered myself a fan of romantic suspense novels. Patricia Bradley’s debut novel, Shadows of the Past, changed that for me, and I was eager to read the second book in her Logan’s Point series. Although it took me a while to remember who all of the secondary characters were and how they linked back to the first instalment, I won’t deny that A Promise for Protect got off to an intriguing start. This is one of those mysteries that sucks you in and makes you ask a dozen questions. Why is Leigh’s brother dead? What does he know about Ben’s father? How are these two men even connected?

Leigh isn’t the easiest character to warm up to, simply because she keeps herself closed off from everyone. But once you get to know her and understand her past experiences, the reason for her behaviour becomes apparent. Still, even if I understood Leigh’s actions, I think I related to Ben a lot more. It’s not often that I find the hero of a romance novel more appealing than the heroine, so Patricia Bradley obviously writes great heroes! In spite of—or rather, because of—all their flaws, Ben and Leigh were definitely realistic protagonists. They aren’t perfect, and even if they do have history, it takes a while before they can trust each other.

I’m definitely a sucker for reunion romances, especially when they have children involved. Leigh’s son, TJ, was a sweet and endearing character, and the way that Ben interacted with him made him all the more a loveable hero. The truth about TJ is revealed to the reader very early in the novel, but it felt like it took forever for Ben to finally learn about him. Given how long it took for the secret to be revealed, I expected Ben’s reaction to be a bit more dramatic. The climax of this part of the story fell a bit flat for me, maybe just because it was so drawn out. I was relieved when it finally occurred, but Ben seemed to recover relatively quickly.

In spite of how much page-time Leigh’s secret takes up, the real mystery actually has nothing to do with TJ. After having read several romantic suspense novels this year, I’m starting to realise that I prefer the novels that focus on characters in the police force (or similar occupations) and show how they investigate mysteries. I really enjoyed seeing how the mystery unfolded and evolved from one murder to something much more in-depth. I don’t want to spoil anything for potential readers, but I definitely didn’t guess some of the twists that this novel took.

Talking of guessing, I kept hopping back and forth on who the villain of the story was. We get some insights into his point-of-view throughout the novel, but even those are vague enough to keep the reader in the dark. I’ve read a few novels recently where the villain’s perspective either didn’t add much to the story or felt cheesy, but its inclusion worked very well in A Promise to Protect. I had my suspicions about a few characters who looked like they might have motives, but even right before the villain was revealed, I was still dithering between two options. I recall struggling to solve the mystery in Shadows of the Past, so Patricia Bradley definitely has a knack for creating mysteries that are tough to get to the bottom of.

Aside from getting a little tired of Leigh not telling the truth about her son, my only other complaint about A Promise to Protect pertains to the spiritual aspect of the story. While I thought that message was an important one, the way in which it was presented felt a little forced. Leigh had a friend who had supported her and TJ and become almost a grandmother figure, and while I liked her character initially, it sometimes felt like she only appeared on the scene to present some wisdom to Leigh in her time of need. This situation occurred multiple times, and it felt a bit preachy after a while. She seemed more like a vehicle through which a message was presented than a three-dimensional character. This was only a minor annoyance, and I’m sure it won’t bother all readers.

A Promise to Protect proves once again that Patricia Bradley has a knack for writing intriguing, complex mysteries that are difficult to solve. Fans of her first novel won’t be disappointed, and hopefully this book will endear some new readers to her as well.

This was definitely a step up from the author's debut novel. The suspense was fast pace and there was more than one possible villain that I was confused about who it would be until it was revealed. It was one of my suspects, but when he was revealed, I actually thought it would be the other character.

There were some subplots which was a bit too dragged out - TJ's dad revelation for one and I was a bit irritated with Leigh's stubbornness for protection. If it was me and my son who were in danger, I would not think twice about getting protection for my son.

I'm expecting this author to get better with each book and will definitely continue with the series.

Patricia Bradley in her new book, A Promise To Protect” Book Two in the Logan Point series published by Revell takes us into the life of Ben Logan.

From the Back Cover: In a steamy small town riddled with broken promises, one woman’s secret could change everything.

Acting Sheriff Ben Logan hasn’t heard from Leigh Somerall in a very long time, but it doesn’t mean he can get her–or their whirlwind romance of ten years ago–out of his head. When she calls out of the blue, it is with a strange request to protect her brother, Tony. But all too soon, Ben is charged with a different task–protecting Leigh from the people after her brother. With Leigh doing everything in her power to avoid Ben, it’s no easy task. And the secret she is keeping just may change their lives forever.

Someone is after Dr. Leigh Somerall and it is up to Sheriff Ben Logan to stop them: 1) because he made a promise to Leigh’s brother as he died and 2) because he is in love with her. Now here is the kicker, someone is also after Ben. The problem is this may be a different someone which means a different motive and Ben has to figure out both while trying to keep them both alive as well as Leigh’s son. “A Promise To Protect” is a thriller, no doubt about it. Both Ben’s and Leigh’s lives are in great danger practically from page one. Just when you think you might know where the story is heading Ms. Bradley tosses in another turn which you take at high-speed on two wheels. Ms. Bradley makes her characters so real and you root for them to complete their mission and you root for their romance to blossom. Ms. Bradley knows how to tell a story that keeps you flipping the pages and guessing as to who the bad guys really are. This is a wild ride read and I recommend it highly.

Logan's Point Acting Sheriff Ben Logan has spent the past ten years trying to put Leigh Somerall - and their whirlwind romance - out of his mind. It hasn't worked for him. When she calls him out of the blue with a request to protect her brother, Tony, he can't refuse. Yet it's her brother's dying request a few days later that rocks Ben's world - protect Leigh and her nine year old son TJ from the killers who were after Tony. But Leigh has gone out of her way to avoid Ben since she and her son moved back to Logan's Point. If she lets him get close to her, will her heart survive the possibility of being broken again by the man who broke it years ago? And the secret she holds has to the power to completely change Ben's life.

As much as I enjoy a good suspense tale, for me there wasn't much to the suspense in this novel. I enjoyed the fact that it was action packed and a quick read. Of course I put it down for several days because I got slightly (ok majorly) distracted with reading Scarlet, October Bride, and starting Blood of Olympus, but when I came back to this book, I wasn't really feeling the story. Probably because I was no longer in the mood to read that particular genre. That said, I still enjoyed this one.

I found that the characters were better developed than they were in the first book. It was also fun to see Taylor from the first book make an appearance in this one. I had figured out Leigh's secret early into the book and I wasn't at all surprised by it. Though Ben's reaction was pretty classic!

Still this was a fun story to read. I'd say most romantic suspense fans will enjoy this.

I received this book for free from Revell Books for the purpose of reviewing. My thoughts and opinions are my own.

A PROMISE TO PROTECT by Patricia Bradley was a quick read because I didn’t want to put it down.

Leigh Somerall left Logan Point years ago with no plans to return. But ten years later she is back at the request of her brother. Leigh has only two goals while in Logan Point- for her son to feel a sense of family, and to stay as far away from Ben Logan as possible. But when tragedy strikes, her and Ben’s world’s collide. Hurt and confused, Leigh doesn’t know what to do and her traitorous heart is not helping. Knowing she and Ben can never go back to what they once had, she makes plans to leave town. If someone doesn’t kill her first.

Sheriff Ben Logan never knew what went wrong between him and Leigh. But he plans to find out. When Leigh is threatened, Ben must put personal feelings aside and do all he can to keep her and her son safe. A job that would be a lot easier if Leigh would stop pushing him away.
As Leigh and Ben search for answers as to why Leigh is being threatened, old feelings begin to resurface. Leigh knows it is only a matter of time before Ben finds out the truth, but she plans to be long gone before that can happen.

A PROMISE TO PROTECT was a great follow-up to SHADOWS OF THE PAST. Though both books are in the Logan Point series, they can easily stand alone. There is very little overlap between the two. Though Leigh’s secret wasn’t hard to guess, I felt Ms. Bradley did a good job at crafting a whodunit with several suspects, keeping readers wondering until the very end. Patricia Bradley is a top-notch romance/suspense writer. I will definitely add her to my list of authors to watch for.

After reading and loving the first book in this series (Shadows of the Past) earlier this year, I was eagerly anticipating the second installment! I was not disappointed. This was an excellent follow up, I loved getting to visit the small town of Logan Point, Mississippi again! I really enjoyed both Ben and Leigh as characters, though I do wish that Leigh had been a little bit more receptive to Ben's attempts to protect her from the start but I absolutely understand why she wasn't!
The suspense in this book was OH SO GOOD, it's one of those stories in which just when you think no other awful things could possibly happen to the characters, something big happens! I loved the multiple layers and twists of the mystery in this book, it could easily have made the story lose it's edge by making it too complicated, but Patricia Bradley wrote it perfectly and it added depth to the story in a wonderful way! I must admit I was stumped as to the identity of the one villain who's true identity was not revealed until late in the story, I had no clue who he/she was until right before it was revealed! I loved the fact that Leigh and Ben had had a relationship in the past so there was no insta-romance factor, and in fact them realizing they still had feelings for each other happened in a very realistic and believable way, which was great!
I absolutely loved this book and I highly recommend it anyone who enjoys God honoring romantic suspense novels! I can't wait for the next book in the series which I recently learned will be about my favorite character in the series so far, Ben's cousin Livy!

While the plot of this book was interesting and the pace moved along consistently, there were a number of things I didn't really like about the actual story.

I felt that Tom was unnecessarily treated poorly by his family and by Leigh, as if he couldn't hear or understand what they were saying about him right in front of him. He was regarded with a lack of patience, treated as if he wasn't important, and the simple solutions that would have made it easier to communicate with him were entirely overlooked, with the exception of those implemented by the little boy. Leigh was straight up rude to him throughout the story, which made it hard to like her character. This was never really resolved by the end of the story.

I also didn't like how Leigh used such illogical "reasons" to justify keeping her secret. She knew Ben and his family were good, kind people and had no reason to base her poor decisions on their character, yet she still tried to do so. Her lack of integrity combined with her faulty reasoning for keeping her secret were frustrating. In the end, she never did do the right thing herself. She just wasn't a very likeable character at all. She lacked good judgment too (disregarding police advice multiple times without reason, even when doing so put her son in danger, etc.).

The end of the book wrapped up quickly with a tidy bow and Leigh finally made one good decision at the end of the book.

Overall, the book was just okay. It's hard to connect with a character or feel invested in her when she makes poor decisions, is disrespectful to elders and public service officers, and doesn't reflect much sense of integrity.

This one was a bit disappointing for me.

Patricia Bradley is quickly becoming one of my favorite romantic suspense writers. In A Promise To Protect she takes us back to the little Southern town of Logan Point. Ben Logan has been appointed acting sheriff while his father, the elected sheriff recovers from a shooting. Logan Point is usually a sleepy little town but an uptick of crimes seems to have coincided with the return of Dr. Leigh Somerall.

Leigh grew up in Logan Point but was from a not so upstanding family and earned a bad reputation through some of her antics. She was interested in Ben but he didn't take notice of her until college. Their romance seemed to be a match made in heaven until one fateful encounter changed everything. She's now a respected physician and decided to return to Logan Point to be close to her only brother Tony. Leigh has a very big secret to hide but the longer she's in town the trickier it is becoming.

From the opening scenes of the book there is a murder and it looks like Leigh may be the next target. But as with every good suspense book, everything isn't as it appears. Could Ben really be the target? If so, who's behind the attacks and why?

This fast-paced novel will keep you guessing up until the very end. Layer by layer the story begins to emerge of secrets, scandals and outright lies. I think you will enjoy uncovering the mysteries surrounding Ben, Leigh and the other residents of Logan Point.

A Promise To Protect is book two in the Logan Point series. Book one is Shadows of the Past. Each book can easily be read as a stand-alone title, but of course I think you'd enjoy reading them both.

Leigh Somerall and her nine year old son, TJ have moved back to Logan Point to be near her brother, Tony. When Tony is shot, he whispers a plea to Acting Sheriff Ben Logan to protect his sister. Ben takes his request to heart but first he has to convince Leigh of the danger to her and her son. And that he has her best interest at heart even though they have been estranged ever since the end of their whirlwind romance ten years ago. But how can Ben keep an eye on Leigh if she's doing everything in her power to avoid him? And could the secret that Leigh is keeping change Ben's life forever?

I liked that Ben was ready to protect Leigh and her son in spite of the hurts from their past. And I like that Leigh was a great mom and determined to give her son the love and affirmation that she didn't feel she got from her parents. I liked how Leigh had the support of her elderly friend Sarah who is like a grandmother to her son. But for some reason I just didn't connect with this story and I didn't enjoy it as much as I did the first book. It's probably not fair that I read this one after I read a book by one of my favorite suspense authors! :p Anyways, I didn't think the intrigue and suspense was all that deep.

All in all though, this is a good clean mystery that is fast paced and will surprise you with a few twists and end with a sweet romance. ;)

An amazing blend of intrigue and romance; I was immediately captivated by the story-line after reading just a few sentences!

When Sheriff Ben Logan holds a dying man in his arms, his whispered clues and final request leave the sheriff both devastated and determined. Devastated to find Tony Jackson brutally murdered on the eve of sharing vital information and determined to protect Tony's sister by finding his killer. A sister that Ben deeply loved as a much younger man and still wonders about on occasion; they abruptly separated during their college years, but interestingly enough she is back in town finishing an internship with a local hospital; widowed and raising a young son on her own.

Leigh Somerall cannot believe that her beloved brother is dead. In spite of the fact that Tony was a "high roller", he seemed to have changed during recent months and had invited Leigh and TJ, her son, to live with him during her internship. Is her life really in danger? Can she bring herself to trust Ben Logan; especially when she has hidden a secret from him for over ten years?

"A Promise to Protect" is filled with blind curves and surprising outcomes, as Ben and Leigh wade through deep personal and professional quick sand; any false moves threatening to over take them. It is a fantastic novel and hopefully Patricia Bradley has many more stories just like this one to share with her reading audience!

This review is also posted on Book by Book.

Romantic suspense is one of those genres that wasn’t really on my radar until recently with Nowhere to Turn, Deceived and now Patricia Bradley’s A Promise to Protect – and I think I can safely say it’s quickly becoming one of my favorites. So much drama and suspense just pushes me to spend much more time reading than I plan – sitting on the edge of my seat, of course. It’s hard to put a book of this genre down, which was certainly the case with A Promise to Protect. What an intense story. I loved both the main characters, Leigh and Ben (though there were moments they frustrated me with a lack of communication), and as they continued to find themselves in dangerous, life-threatening situations, I couldn’t wait to see what would happen. Bradley crafts quite a ride, full of twists and turns, in this second Logan Point novel with plenty of added romance. (And don’t worry – though it’s second in the series, A Promise to Protect can easily be read as a standalone.) Fans of romantic suspense won’t want to miss this novel. It’s a good one.

I really enjoyed reading A Promise to Protect. What a good romantic suspense novel! I was able to connect with the main characters right from the start. I loved that these two characters had a complicated past together that complicates the present situation in the book.

Ben and Leigh are characters who both have become disconnected from their faith in God. They each have reasons that they question God’s purpose in their lives and it is interesting to see them both growing in their faith throughout the story.

The storyline is extremely suspenseful! In addition to the growing attraction between Ben and Leigh, there are many harrowing and dangerous situations that arise in the book. The author did a great job of keeping the suspense going right to the end of the book. She was able to really surprise me when all was revealed.

There is a great thread about the importance of forgiveness running through this book and I liked that there were so many different people and situations requiring someone to offer that forgiveness. I look forward to reading the next book in the series and going back to read the first book, which I had not yet read.

Sometimes situations get so mixed up that its difficult to figure out who’s who or what’s been done! And this story is just like that. Ben is determined to find out the story behind his dad’s death, and was glad Tony has information that may help him. But now Tony has been shot dying and has ask Ben to take care of his wife Leigh, which will be no easy task either. It is difficult for Ben to protect Leigh because they are both headstrong and butt heads. Not to mention the secrets she is keeping from him. And what about his secrets? And then there is the attraction to each other!

I love books like this because I keep trying to figure out what is going on, and there are so many twists and turns that I can’t. By the time I think I have it figured out, something else happens! The characters are really believable and realistic and your interested is sure kept throughout this book because you don’t want to put it down! If you are looking for a fast pace, thriller for a little excitement and entertainment, this book would be for you! I encourage you to check it out.

I received an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Oh. My. Word. This book is amazing.

This story revolves around the two main characters, Leigh and Ben. The two were an item one summer about ten years ago, but Leigh left town and Ben moved on with his life (sorta). Leigh has returned to Logan Point with her son for, what she hopes, is a temporary job.

Almost as soon as Leigh returns to town, bad things begin to happen. First her brother is murdered, and then a long list of crimes begin to stack up around town. Ben just happens to be the sheriff and has promised Leigh's brother that he will protect her.

This book has so many twists and turns, you just can't make yourself put it down. Just when you think you have figured out who is committing all the crimes, something else comes up and changes everything.

The same is true with Ben and Leigh's relationship. There is a deep history there that begins to reveal itself as this story unfolds. There is hurt and confusion, but also an attraction that the reader can't help but notice.

It's hard to talk about this book without including spoilers, but the story will hook you in the first chapter and keep you wanting more until the very last sentence.

As any good suspense novel should, this book kept me on the edge of my seat. The stakes were high in so many ways for the characters in this book.

Sheriff Ben Logan is tossed into a whirlwind of a mystery in this story, and Leigh Somerall is struggling to keep ahead of her past with Ben.

Bradley writes with a certain amount of intensity that really takes a hold of the reader’s heart and doesn’t quite let it go until the last page has been read. More than once I feared for the main characters and secondary characters. I was also just as puzzled as to who was behind the mysteries that take place in this novel.

If you enjoy a nail-biter that will definitely have you struggling to put the book down, I would highly recommend Patricia Bradley. She’s an author that has quickly made it to my favorites list and I’ll be watching for more books written by her.

This book is the second in the series, but can be read as a standalone novel. There is a brief reference to the previous book that may contain a bit of a spoiler, but the books really could be read out of order.

Patricia Bradley writes an easy to read, clean romantic suspense and A Promise to Protect fits this category. While I found the story a bit slow in places and the seemingly unreal plethora of events and bad things happening to the folks in Logan Point, it was an enjoyable, though not captivating, read.

I can recommend it easily for those who enjoy contemporary romantic suspense. I enjoy this genre and this book was pleasant. There was not too much romance and it was a clean read - which is a high priority in my reading material.

What I really liked: 1) I really liked T.J. who is Leigh's young son and he exuds little boy hype, energy, fun, and caring. 2) I really liked the interaction between T.J. and Ben's father who is incapable of speech. T.J. has a real connection with him (more than meets the eye, too). 3) I really like the protection that Ben wants to provide for Leigh. To me this is a paramount character in strong men and men of virtue.

I enjoyed this story that had a lot of suspense and a second chance at love. I thought it was interesting to see the different crimes that were happening, along with some from the past that still needed to be solved. I liked Ben and Leigh, but she frustrated me with her stubbornness in keeping her secret and the lengths she went to in keeping it. The arguing about staying with Ben's parents or on her own got old, especially when it seemed obvious their lives were in danger and she was in denial. I really felt for what she had gone through in the past and how she struggled with not feeling wanted. There is a faith element in the story, in that Leigh hadn't grown much as a baby Christian and needed to find her way back, and Ben had to accept forgiveness and figure out how to forgive himself for an event in his past. There wasn't a lot to the romance, but there were some nice moments. If you like romantic suspense, you should check it out!

A Promise to Protect is Book 2 in Patricia Bradley’s Logan Point series. Having not read the first book in the series, I easily enjoyed this book as a stand-alone novel. I do plan to read the first book, Shadows of the Past, and look forward to continuing the series.

I love it when a storyline keeps me guessing, and this one did just that. I enjoyed the intrigue, as the action began on the first page and the suspense escalated as the story progressed. I also enjoyed the rekindled relationship between the main characters, Ben Logan and Leigh Somerall, as they overcame secrets and complications from their past. The theme of forgiveness is woven throughout and adds a wonderful layer to the compelling storyline.

A Promise to Protect is a great read for fans of romantic suspense! I enjoyed this book and look forward to my next visit to Logan Point.

This suspenseful read grabs you in the beginning and doesn't let go until the end. I enjoyed the characters and the storyline that includes the past and the present. I hadn't read the first book in this series which would have cleared up some questions if I had read it, but Patricia eventually clues the reader in. Leigh, the leading lady is a bit head strong and makes life difficult for the Sheriff Ben Logan in trying to protect her and her son, TJ. The mystery keeps one turning the pages to discover who the real killer is and what is behind all the strange occurrences. I liked the romance, the addition of some faith, and the clean writing. It's very entertaining and worth a few nights to stay up to read A Promise to Protect by Patricia Bradley!

Bradley’s second Logan Point novel is well plotted, but it lacks the momentum and detail of her first. Leigh’s obsession with keeping her secret gets quite tedious and causes the book to drag. Romance storyline aside, the mystery is engaging and will keep readers involved with the tale.
When Sherriff Ben Logan agrees to meet Tony, a man with a key lead, he finds him shot and dying. Luckily, he manages to get a bit of information before Tony dies. One of Tony’s last requests is for Ben to protect his sister Leigh, who just happens to be Ben’s former flame. Leigh wants nothing to do with Ben, mostly due to a hefty secret she is keeping from him. Can Ben and Leigh work together to protect their lives from an unknown assailant?
