This Book was great, as a teenager it really gives the audience, a motivation as to how we can reduce distractions in our life, and how to prepare ourselves for our future problems and occurrences. I would highly recommend it.

This book is meant to help people move forward, using simple tips, tricks, and advice to do so. It is filled with quotes, anecdotes, and detailed thought processes that are used to support this goal.

When reading this book, you will soon realize that it does exactly what it promises: provides simple stuff to help you get out of a rut. Unfortunately, I found a lot of the stuff to be so simple that it is common sense rather than useful advice.

While there definitely were some grains of truth to be found in this book, as well as interesting perspectives, the whole became somewhat repetitive after a while. It seems as though this book is written as a speech; in itself not a bad thing since speeches tend to be inspiring, but the fact remains that this is a book and that books appeal to the audience in a different way. Punctuation, spelling, and wording are of much larger importance in books than in speeches, too, and the book was actually somewhat disappointing on that front.

The reason that I have chosen to give this book three stars despite my criticisms, is because it does contain some useful thoughts and ideas. There are bound to be some chapters for anyone to learn from, and since the book is of manageable size it is an easy way to gather some motivation to get you going - which is exactly what the author intended to accomplish with this book.
