I decided to check out Sherrilyn's website again to see if there's been any change on a possible publication. The last time I've checked the date was back in August 2021 and there's a change...The book is still listed as No. 16 in the League series but with the 'Original Publication Date: December 31, 2024'.
So now we have two books in the series with the same publication date. Hm, I wonder which one will be released. Or if any of them will be or if we get another new date.
Btw, Amazon has the expected publication date for Born of Trouble listed as being December 25th 2027.
Considering, I read the last book of the League series back in 2018 it has been a long wait.

As the date of the expected publication was getting near, I thought it was time to check up on Born of Trouble.
Well, the trouble is on the horizon....far away. The new Publication date on Sherrilyn's homepage says: Original Publication Date: December 31, 2025 !!!!

I'm sorry Sherrilyn had so much trouble these last years. I wish her all the best - personally and for for her career.
Also, I'm not going to change my earlier reviews. They're a reflection of how dissatisfied I was with constant changes of publishing dates. And no, some of us don't use Facebook. (Yeah, I know I'm an alien.) And I come from a galaxy far, far away as I also don't use Twitter.

LOL, it becomes more and more likely that I don't need to look for this book before sometime during June/July 2021!
It also seems that I won't have my hoped 2-3 books by that time. Meh. It's getting annoying. I'm seriously thinking of giving up this author and her books for good. She's become unreliable.

Website update**
*Sherri apologizes for the delay in getting her books out. For those who haven’t heard, her life was torn apart during her divorce by an out-of-control judge and a corrupt judicial system that held her and her family hostage for more than two years and left her bankrupt and without a place to live while threatening to take away everything from her, including all her book rights, her freedom, and to force her to write for free to pay the unimaginable legal fees of those who were torturing her. Thankfully, her publisher is still behind her, but it will take some time for her to get back on a “normal” publishing schedule. Please be patient as Sherri and her publisher work together to get the books her fans love back into production and out to the fans who have been so eagerly waiting for them. As soon as we have release dates for them, we will let everyone know.
