Rate this book
She was born with a target on her back.

For the first time in nearly half a millennia, a female dragon shifter is born.

Santiago and Gabriella DeLeon have spent 13 years creating a loving and prosperous life in Ensenada, Mexico. Despite all of this, it was their fourth, and most unexpected, pregnancy that would prove to change their lives more than anything else had before.

For better or for worse.

Baby Isidora, the first female dragon shifter in nearly 500 years is being hunted. Her parents must protect their newborn daughter from the evils in the world of all dragon-kind. Those who seek to harm their child and harness the power she possesses.

Ancient Myths, family traditions, brazen thieves and torrid love pull this chapter of the DeLeon family history across the globe, forcing Santiago and Gabriella to test not only their courage, but the strength of their passionate love for one another. All of it, to save their precious daughter.

Here’s a dragon tale you don’t often hear – after nearly 500 years, an unexpected pregnancy results in the birth of Isidora, a rare female dragon baby! But this is a double-edged blessing, because every single male dragon is going to want her for what she can provide to them. She is rare and something they will all covet for her power and be willing to battle for! How can her parents protect her? How can she escape harm or capture? Will this pull Santiago and Gabriella DeLeon’s family closer together, or drive them apart?

This is an exciting book that opens up interesting possibilities! Don’t miss this one! Find out what this family now faces and how they can make sure their child lives and grows up to one day find a HEA!

I have read all of the books so far, and this one does answer some questions I had. Having this look into the brothers parents lives was enlightening. I loved seeing that the depth of their love for each other even with the stress of another pregnancy. Rafael knows about the baby but it's a secret, Ignacio and Mateo are really young and don't know. The new baby, the only female dragon born in 500 years, is in danger. There are so many secrets and such sadness it has to affect the boys. I can see vividly how it affected Rafael. I can't wait to see what happened to Isidora. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

Gabriella and Santiago have three boys who can turn into dragons. When their surprise fourth child is an extremely rare female dragon shifter, the DeLeons have to go to extremes to keep her safe. The earlier books in this series tell the stories of the couple’s three sons and it’s interesting to see what their parents were like. The story is a quick read and makes me curious about what happens with Isadora. I received an arc of this story and voluntarily left an honest review.

This...

This story gives a bit of family history, but is really best read after the second book, "Mistakenly Married the Dragon. It will give you a lot to think about, along with some heartrending excitement. Being a dragon isn't always easy, to say the least! I am on tenterhooks for more...

Not sure what to think. This was my first dragon book, so maybe I made the mistake of not reading them in order. Get pregnant, keep it a secret, give birth, give it up, don’t tell anyone, die. Where was a HEA, this was a romance right?
ARC received for an honest review.

My fourth read from author Selene Griffin. Although short the book morphed into quite the adventure. The only way it could have been improved is if it were a full-length book, there is so much potential to lengthen it.

Wow, awesome

I loved this book. It was full of love, compassion, excitement, action, trust and deceit. The total love and devotion required to do what Gabriella did is astounding! This book is just awesome. Now I wonder where baby sister got too?

The ending was not what I expected, I wish in a way it had been a longer book with a different ending.I wonder what happens to the children as they grow older.

Where is the HEA for 'The Forbidden Dragon Baby' by Selene Griffin?

The H and the h were likable, but the story itself felt rushed, underdeveloped, and unrealistic at times, and I intensely disliked the ending.

I would give this story 2 1/2 stars, because IMO this story missed the HEA mark for me.

I recieved an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
