Good read
After being injured and losing three of her pack mates to a bear attack Mia was rescued by three brothers. They end up forming a bond like no other.

Lots of hot action!
For adults only (18+ years) Contains subject matter that may be a trigger or offensive to some including: adult language, steamy detailed adult intimate scenes (menage, MF, MFM, MFMM) and violence (kidnapping, fighting between shifters / clans, and death). If any of these situations are a trigger, or offensive to you, then this may not be the story for you.
This story contains a lot of action, both fighting and intimate), without much being explained concerning shifter clan / pack politics. I was still able to follow along, but it would have been helpful to know and would make the story more well-rounded, since every author has their own take on structure, rituals, etc. That is why I would recommend reading the series in order instead of treating this like a standalone. There were also some other parts that I wish had other information, but all in all I was able to lose myself in the story and enjoy the journey the 4 of them found themselves on and that is why I elevated the rating from 3 to 4 stars.
Here is a high level overview of how the story begins:
Mia is the lieutenant of her pack. One of their pups has been kidnapped by the bear shifters after he wandered off while playing. Now Mia and 3 others are searching for him; Jacob who is Mia's best friend and love interest, Taylor and his brother Nate. Jacob was taken in by the pack when he came to them as an orphan. They became friends right after since they were both treated like outcasts. Now Jacob was one of their best hunters and Mia was glad to have the 3 of them with her.
Jack, Henry and Zack are brothers and they left their pack 7 years ago because they didn't want anything to do with the war between the wolf and bear shifters. They grew up hearing about it, no one was sure what started it, and nothing ever seemed to change. So they made a life for themselves, building their house with their own hands and living by their own rules.
Mia, Jacob, Taylor and Nate follow the tracks of their missing cub and it leads them to a trap. They don't have a way to escape so they prepare themselves to fight to the death. They take one down before Mia takes a bad hit that knocks her out. When she awakes what she finds breaks her heart; Jacob, Taylor and Nate are all dead, and the bear shifters are now preparing to kill her too. Then from out of nowhere, three other wolf shifters engage the remaining bear shifters.
I am going to stop there as I don't want to accidentally provide any spoilers or twists.

I received this book as and advanced copy and I would like to give my honest opinion of what I read.
This book has a really good plot line to it. The whole story is three stories in one in which I hope that Anastasia will continue with.
Mia and Jacob are best friends mainly because of the one thing that they have in common. Mia even though she is a wolf is very curvy instead of being the slim as all of the other females in the pack. She has endured their sarcastic commits her whole life, yet they did not understand how she was able to keep up with the men, despite her size. When she changed into her wolf form there was no other that looked a beautiful as she did with her unusual coat of white with golden hairs mixed within making it look like she sparked.
Jacob had come into their pack as a tall very young boy, an orphan. Even though he was accepted into the pack there were those that still made it a point to remind him that he was an orphan. So the two of them had a connection of feeling as though they didn’t fit in.
Mia was a Lieutenant of her pack warriors; she, Jacob, Nate, and Taylor there are searching for a cub that had been on a hunt for a rabbit but should have returned earlier but hadn’t. They fallowed the trail close into the bear territory the bears that they have been at war with for so long no one even knew what started it. Before the knew it Bears attacked them. The last thing that Mia saw before she past out was her best friend being killed right before three new and different wolves came out of no where and fought the remaining bears. It was later that she woke up in the home of Jack, Henry, and Zack. It was later they found out that the Bears were taking cubs from the other packs as well and holding them hostage. How are they going to save the cubs, and come out of it alive. What will Mia do when she finds Jacobs brother and has to tell him what happened? When it is all over will Mia decide to stay with Jack, Henry, and Zack or will she stay with her pack?
This is really a good book and I would recommend this to anyone to read.

Mia Storm and three of the males from the pack were looking for a lost wolf pup and had to be very quiet in the enemy territory. However, two of the guys bantered back and forth, teasing about her mind drifting and her oncoming heat cycle. Jacob, always humble and quiet, gently touched her arm and told her to ignore them.
Finally Nate and Taylor found the tracks they looked for. It was evident that the bears took the pup after a struggle. They were preparing to shift and follow when noise in the brush caught their attention. Five bears appeared and roared. Mia’s team ran, trying to get a spot to shift before the bears caught them. They took down the first bear to arrive. The rest would not be so easy. Mia was knocked unconscious by a giant paw. When she woke, her 3 companions were dead. The bears, tearing her friends apart, saw she was still alive and roared. She was ready to die too – but 3 wolves appeared and attacked the bears! Mia was injured again and passed out before the end of the battle.
Waking up from a dream of the attack, Mia let out a scream and was confused to find herself in bed in a cabin. She smelled food and went downstairs where the guys introduced themselves. The three were brothers: Jack, Henry, and Zack. Apparently the bears had been stealing cubs from other packs as well. Would the brothers help Mia rescue the cub she had followed there? Would she return to her pack if she survived this, or would she stay with the brothers?
This was a compelling story that gripped the reader right from the start as the battle with the bears was described moment-by-moment. It was like being a part of the pack in the middle of the fighting, with a clear description of each member’s actions. Non-stop movement and unpredictable outcomes kept the tension high. The story line raced along for the tense sections, and became slower to bring the reader into the romance. Readers will definitely be eagerly reading the pages in this one; no couch-potato slouching! Get your copy and enjoy the action!

Anastasia is one of the best paranormal authors who deliver a unique story every time, Mated to the Alpha Wolves is an reverse harem MMMF romance. This is the second book in Crescent Moon Shifter series and it from the female lead's point of view. Mia a lieutenant of her pack, goes on a search for her pack's missing cubs with three of her friends, but get attacked by the bear shifters. When she wakes up she realizes that her friends died and she was saved by a pack of brothers Jack, Henry and Zack who moved and stays away from their own pack. Being the only female wolf between three hot alpha wolf shifters, the sexual tension is more but they resist to achieve the main goal to save the cubs, when they its not only her pack that is being kidnapped.
All three brothers are different in the way of living and expressing their emotions and Mia is a complete she wolf who is capable of handling not one but three alpha wolves together. This book has every essence in it, it has emotions, action, paranormal fantasy and hot steamy romance, I loved this book and here giving a five star for it.

Mia is a young werewolf female on the trail of a lost pup. With three others, her best friend and brothers, they find the trail leads to bear territory.They are confronted by bears and a fight starts leaving three wolves dead and Mia injured. She is rescued by three other wolves. When she awakens, she;s in a house and when she goes downstairs she meets three brothers. They left their pack years before and have been living on their own since then. The oldest, Jack, is the alpha and sets the rules which he makes sure his brothers follow. Then Mia comes into their lives and emotions start running high the least of which is the need to protect her. But Mia is set on getting the cub back and any other cubs which the bears have taken. The fight has begun not only against the bears but within their feelings.

In the ensuing fight the men die and Mia, the female barely survives when three wolves come out of nowhere and rescue her. They are brothers who started their own little pack. When they hear that several cubs were also taken from their own old pack they set out to help.
The story itself is good, but the balance between sexual tension and activity and the actual story is out of balance in my opinion. Too much of the former, not enough of the latter. - But others may disagree.

Another enjoyable reverse harem tale by this author. Jack, Henry and Zack rescue Mia from a group of Bear shifters who have attacked her team of wolves. Mia was searching for a lost pup who had wandered too close to the Bears’ territory. Mia blames herself for the death of the remainder of her team and is determined to go after the pup on her own. When the others find out that pups have been vanishing from other packs, including the one they left seven years ago, Mia persuades them to help with the search. Will they be successful? Will the attraction between these four come to anything serious? I found it hard to put this story down as I wanted to know what happened next. I enjoyed this story and recommend it to shifter lovers.

This is a wolf shifter love story. I don’t read a lot of shifter books but I have to say I really enjoyed this one. The author created a very engaging story that kept me turning the pages anxiously to see what would happen next. There is some violence and loss of life, but the author blends it all naturally into the story. The story touches on bullying, working as a team, forgiveness, acceptance and finding one’s place in the world. This is definitely an adult only book and the sex scenes are hot, hot, hot! A pleasurable read!

I will never eat a gobstoppers again!
The scenes in this book are so realistic. What happens to one bears eye has put me off gobstoppers or boiled eggs for life! I have never read a shifter book where the author has gone into so much detail in how the characters feel as they shift. Nor how gruesome the fight scenes were. I'm not complaining! They were bloody brilliant!
As the imagery was portrayed so wonderfully you really need to read the sexy scenes! OMG they were so hot that it would melt the sun! Do not read this book if you cannot take care of the ensuing Horniness! Be warned you will be dripping!

Mia is out looking for a missing fun from her pack with three of her soldiers when they are attacked by bear shifters. She is the only survivor thanks to Jack, Zack, and Henry three brothers who have formed their own pack. They are attracted to each other and soon give in to their desires. When they hear bear shifters have kidnapped cubs from other packs, they along with Mia work with their old pack to rescue them. Soon Mia just choose. Return to her old pack of stay with the three men she has come to love.

I'm sure you read the blurb and know that wolf cubs are being taken by bears. I liked that Mia is strong and is leading three pack mates to find a stolen cub. When they are attacked by the bears I was on the edge of my seat. The brothers are an assortment of yum. Jack is trying really hard to do what's best for them all and he is so alone. Henry is so much fun and always in a great frame of mind. Zack is so sweet and inexperienced. I like that Mia had such an impact on the brothers and everybody comes out better and happier. I volunteered to read an advanced reader copy and am under no obligation to leave this review.

Even though Mia ended up with the three brothers for a happily ever after. I don't think any men in this story could be considered an Alpha werewolf. The men characters were soft compared to Mia. She is the perfect alpha female. So I think the title of this book is misleading in that sense.
This story is about the relationships, steamy menage sex with the brothers plus fighting an old war with their enemies the bear shifters. The bears have taken cubs from several packs and Mia and the gang have to get them back.

It was too fast, with very little love to the story, steam - yes, love no. The action happens over about 3-4 3 days. The h loses 3 friends, gets injured and rescued by 3 brothers, and steamy times follow. Way too much telling, and frankly none of the characters were nice or even very interesting. Very little time developing the characters, or the plot with the evil bear shifters all being killed. It was all too easy and I would like to see more effort put into the story and characters. Just OK.

I am a huge fan of reverse harem romance and added in the fact that this a paranormal shifter romance makes it even better for me. Love love shifters and added in the fact they are wolves makes it even better. Mia and three males of the pack are searching for a stolen pup when things go wrong and the males are killed by the bears. She has been injured and when they realise she is alive they are about to kill her when three wolves attack and save her. Who are they and where will things go from here.

I liked the idea of the story and it started off good but after Mia asked if the 3 brothers have had one woman at the same time it started to lose its momentum. Yes the sex scenes were steamy however I still also wanted to know about this age old war that was going on and as much as the fight scene was great I just felt there was something lacking. If you are after a hot n steamy read this is a good book for you.

I enjoyed this book. It was not only a great love story with plenty of steamy scenes but also had a great storyline with lots of action.
Anastasia Chase definitely has a gift for making you feel like you are right in the middle of the action, fighting or erotic.
And you can never go wrong with a HEA. This book is a part of a series but they can be read in order or as standalones.

What an great addition to the series! It was as great as the first book! The author sure doesn't disappoints. I am glad I got into this series even though it is not one of my usual kind of books.

Anastasia has written another awesome book with a great story line. With big cocky alpha male wolf shifters and the sassy female wolf shifter cop. Mia is ambushed by bear shifters and saved by the wolf shifter brothers. They all want each other but will they be able to have a relationship between them. When cubs are taken by bear shifters Mia and her mates set out to find them or will it be too late.

Excellent read! I really enjoyed this reverse shifter romance. There was plenty of what I love in the story, including suspense, action, sizzling chemistry and lots of romance. The story is well developed, the characters have chemistry and passion, that make story impossible to put down. This is one story you definitely need to check out, I highly recommend it.

I was excited about the story line but ended up a bit disappointed. Mia is strong and suffered a great loss when her and her friend was attacked by bears. Three wolves rescued her and they fell in love with her. I was hoping for a little more actions in the rescue of the cubs. But the book was centered for the most part on their lovemaking. It is worth reading.

I enjoyed the book very much, although it does need proofreading.....in the beginning, the young wolves were referred to as pups (correctly), then through most of the book, they were referred to as cubs. (bears have cubs) Towards the end, it went back to pups. This was a very minor annoyance, sort of like talking with someone who keeps mispronouncing a word. LOL...but it won't stop me from reading the next one!!
