I loved all these paranormal stories in this anthology. They were all so unique, and so intriguing.

A bad experience and bad reaction to it can scar a child for life.
Johnny is a very Famous Rock Star and he wants to keep it that way and he thinks that the way to do that is by denying his dragon. Besides, all his dragon will do is harm those around him.
Neve has ever only wanted to help people, those souls that drown in drugs and alcohol and see no way out. She sees a way out for them though so she drowns herself in her work at Sanctuary to make sure that happens. When the famous Rock Star walks in to Sanctuary for rehabilitation for alcoholism, she feels there is something deeper that is troubling him and she feels a very deep pull to help him. A pull that may change both their lives forever.
Very deep and touching story.

He still believes that woman should be seen and not heard as the saying goes, until he finds a sassy modern day she wolf that is. Sarai and her uncle have been captured by vampires that have found a way to siphon the magic in shifters and mages and are saved by the charming Niall who soon finds that he has to relinquish his old ways of thinking if he wants and he finds that his jaguar wants, after centuries alone, to be mated to Sarai. Sarai will not sit back and be ordered around by any male, she will be heard, she will be in the war that awaits them by her mates side.

This most definitely looks like a set to get. I’ve read three of the books, Calinda B’s Storm Shift, Marilyn Peake’s Blood and Ashes, and K.N. Lee’s Netherworld. All of these are among my favorite authors, and each story alone justifies the price. As both Tasha Black (contributor of Burn This!) and Laura Greenwood (who contributed Witch’s Potion) are also favorites of mine I’m totally looking forward to reading their contributions as well.
Here are my reviews so far ....
Storm Shift
Storm Shift is a fun story, and the book 0 prequel of what I'm expecting will be a fantastic series. Chia Petit, the heroine of this tale, is just the kind of kick-a** female I totally adore. Newly elected as town manager of Charming, Alaska (which town has a large number of shifters in it, among with a vampire), this story finds her teaming up with a shifter bounty hunter named Hung as they try to find out who or what us killing shifters (possibly even China's own grandparents). Action, adventure, thrills, twists and turn all ensue, and even the potential for romance as the chemistry between Chi and Hung is ridiculously hot. Add together great writing with string characters and a fascinating new author-created world for them to inhabit, and it's no surprise that the result is a clear winner of a novel, and one which I highly recommend.
Blood and Ashes
“Blood holds the power to both heal and destroy. The fingertips of a blood witch hold enough power to heal or destroy the entire world.” This is such a neat book on so many levels, from the purity of it’s heroine Kaelin, who wants to be a nurse so as to help support her impoverished family, to that family, so loving and kindhearted that there was no question about taking and caring for the abandoned baby that Kaelin found, to the complex growing relationship between Kaelin and her neighbor Devin, to the mystery of what Devin’s real intentions are, to the incredible power of blood magic, capable of both healing and destroying, that Kaelin discover is in her, to the plague that is killing off the Unseelie in the Land of Faerie. I’m exhausted just listing all of that but somehow Marilyn Peake takes it all and tins it into a fantastic novel in Blood and Ashes. This is definitely a fantastic paranormal tale, filled with adventure, magic, and even some romance - and well worth reading. Highly recommended.
Netherworld
I'm giving this one five stars but with a caveat On the positive side it's very well written, with a well thought out world, strong cast of characters and an interesting take in vampires (enough to hold my interest, which is hard to do these days as vamps have generally been mined to death). It’s also simply a lot of fun to read. Do what’s the caveat? Well it’s because there is so much left open at the end. It makes me want to cry as this is soo addictively good. If that doesn't bother you then definitely keep this as five stars. If it does then be warned and, with that caveat, I'd recommend this as a great read.

Chia Petit was shooting clay marbles out of the sky with her Ruger .22 resolver as she tried to come to grips with the fact that her grandparents had died a couple of days ago! It had been her Grandma who had urged her to run for Town Manager and make a difference in their community. Her grandparents had always believed in magic and the supernatural. Their deaths were blamed on a boating accident, but it had been a clear day and an accident made no sense to Chia. Returning to her office, Chia answered a phone call in which the director of the mortuary told her that the plot her grandparents had paid for was owned by someone else. Chia ran out of the office and headed for the mortuary before he could say another word! He needed to fix the issue – or he would find his zoning permit for a new wing would not be getting the Town Manager stamp of approval.
On the drive home, a doe ran in front of Chia and her vehicle clipped it slightly as she slammed on the brakes. The doe shifted into a young woman with a gunshot wound. She could see the hunter between two trees. Panicking, the woman jumped into the cold water and Chia ran after her to help her out further downstream. Leaving Megan Giles at the vehicle as the ambulance pulled up, Chia tracked the hunter – but she couldn’t explain the strange, pleasant feeling in her blood as she tracked him. Using her calf-roping skills, she subdued and plastic-tied the poacher and called the police.
Coming to question the perp, Chia was told that Megan had died. The bullet had traveled in her body as she walked and pierced her lung. The poacher, actually a bounty hunter, was denying he shot her; said he found her that way. She told them to hold him for the 72 hours they were permitted, and she would find proof. She drove to the place she thought he would be and loaded her gun. As she turned around, a man was holding a gun pointed right between her eyes! Was this guy working with the murderer? Was he going to try to kill her? How would she escape?
Although starting on a sad note with a murder mystery that is near to Chia’s heart, the author nevertheless inserted her classic humor throughout to make the book thoroughly enjoyable! Grab a copy and follow along on Chia’s murder investigation! The twists and turns will make you dizzy! The book is well-written, the story line fast-paced and intriguing. The characters are developed well and feel like old friends! If you love paranormal tales, this one goes to the top of the list to read!

Burn This! Tasha Black*****
Wow, love this!!! Johnny is living up to his rock-star persona but he has a secret. Neve is the perfect nurse, she actually has a heart for the patients & isn't just there to get a paycheck. The two are instantly drawn to one another but neither understand why. As soon as Johnny settles in at the rehab facility to deal with his secret, strange things begin to happen. The more time these two spend together, the more their attraction grows. Johnny has some serious life choices to make if he plans to keep this nurse hot & bothered, lol.

Excellent! Very well written paranormal that can stand on its own, the romance is secondary but very well blended into the plot. The shifters are slipping and have become too comfortable trying to live like humans and the vampires are ready and able to take advantage of their complacency. Niall is all alpha but welcomes the playboy lifestyle. Sarai has no use for a relationship, she demands her independence. Both are strong-willed warriors yet compliment one another, their chemistry bridges the gap and opens the door for them to find exactly what they were not looking for...love in the midst of war. I also really like the bondmate concept and how the author portrays them. Great, consuming, adventurous and captivating paranormal romance!

This is but interesting and attention grabbing. The plot has many moving parts and left me with a few unanswered questions. It's not really a cliffhanger but it definitely has more going on than Mia's love potion and finding her mate. I think maybe the author was trying to lead the reader to where the series is heading in such a short story over-crowded what should have been the main focus of Mia's story.

Just an example of one of the stories in this set is by Tasha Black, Burn This:
Johnny is a rock star unsurpassed, gorgeous, desired by females from two to ninety-two. He is not happy, though. He has another side, a side he has fought since the first time he showed himself--his dragon. From youth to now his goal has been to beat the dragon and be human only. At a turning point, he meets Neve, hard working nurse in a rehab for the rich and famous. She is one of the few who understands they too need help.
Neve appeals as no one before her. She is also attracted, but professionally they should not allow more. While Johnny fights demons, yes plural, he is unable to fight his want and need for Neve. Will he be able to fight the other demon? The one who threatens not only him but Neve. Can he win his woman, his freedom, and spare those around him?
This is a dragon shifter story, however, the relationship between man and beast is unique and one I found not only unique but hot as heck, no pun intended. As much as I enjoyed the story from start to the last chapter, that part took the book into a whole other level of enjoyment for me. I would love to tell you about it, but you need to read it for yourself, no spoilers here. You will know immediately why this is so exceptional in the shifter genre.

Niall is a Jaguar shifter born in 1563 with an Irish brogue he has managed to keep all these years. To keep himself from going stir crazy he works as a paramedic. On the job he comes across a really bad accident caused by bed Magic. After saving who he could he goes back later on to investigate.
Sarai Lurie is a wolf shifter born the USA she is considered young by her kind at 50. One night a group of vampires take her captive. They kill her aunt Marie but she still has her uncle Stephen and there doesn't seem to be away out. Until! Lol yea your going to have to read to see what happens . It's a great story! I love the new twist Ann Gimpel gave to the shifters magic. She has it in her other series too bitter harvest. It's set in a dystopia urban fantasy world I loved that series too.
Oops back to this book lol strong kick butt women meet strong kick butt men and sparks fly. Love the characters, the action is great, it has drama, mystery, intrigue, and betrayal. It has it all. I didn't want it to end and hope there is more planed because the world she created it fantastic. Don't miss it.

Mia’s sister is getting married and to avoid the pesky “when are you getting married?” questions she decides to use her Grandma’s old potion book to come up with a solution...a Love Potion. Which she’ll use on her hot neighbour.
But when she meets Felix (one of the groomsmen) and sparks start to fly. And the story will take an unexpected twist at the wedding.
This is a fabulous short story with romance, mystery and magic.
Can’t wait to read more about the Thornheart family.

what can I say about this book collection? it is fantastic that's what. this collection brings you 20 authors who will keep you reading each story until the end of the book and make you want more of it.

Gemstone by Ann Gimpel
I love Niall. A sexy, Irish jaugar shifter that's been around for centuries. In his job as an EMT, he and his partner are sent to a major accident that was caused by vampires and magic. Vampires have kidnapped wolf shifter, Sarai, her aunt and her uncle. The vampires have learned to use the shifter's magic to cause chaos and death. Niall and Sarai have to deal with their intense attraction while mounting a defense with the other shifters against the vampire's stolen mage power.
Witch’s Potion by Laura Greenwood
Mia, inexplicably drawn to her neighbor, Skylar, creates a love potion. At her sister's wedding she meets Felix, a dryad, and sparks literally fly. Thank the Goddess her love potion didn't work on Skylar. I loved how Felix jumped right in for Mia. This is such a good story with witches and hunters and intrigue.

I love Niall. A sexy, Irish jaugar shifter that's been around for centuries. In his job as an EMT, he and his partner are sent to a major accident that was caused by vampires and magic. Vampires have kidnapped wolf shifter, Sarai, her aunt and her uncle. The vampires have learned to use the shifter's magic to cause chaos and death. Niall and Sarai have to deal with their intense attraction while mounting a defense with the other shifters against the vampire's stolen mage power.
Witch’s Potion by Laura Greenwood
Mia, inexplicably drawn to her neighbor, Skylar, creates a love potion. At her sister's wedding she meets Felix, a dryad, and sparks literally fly. Thank the Goddess her love potion didn't work on Skylar. I loved how Felix jumped right in for Mia. This is such a good story with witches and hunters and intrigue.

I’m a big fan of K.N. Lee’s stories there hasn’t been one book of hers that I didn’t love, she is a masterful author and I know that all of these other 19 authors are just as good as well. I can’t pick a favourite story out of them all because there were so many that are fantastic, 20 paranormal and fantasy romance stories this is a treasure trove so flip the pages and pick one to read or start at the beginning. I have most of these stories but there were a couple that I didn’t have but now I do yay, there’s nearly 3,000 pages ( kindle ) so it will keep you reading for hours. I can’t say enough good things about this book you get 20 fantastic stories for a really great price and I enjoyed reading these stories immensely. Fantastic stories a 5 plus ⭐️ read and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

I absolutely loved these books!
So many amazing authors that it’s just not possible for me tell you about every single book because if I do then I’d actually be writing my own book. Lol ;)
Anyway but I most definitely recommend Bood and Silver to everyone who’s interested in getting lost within these pages!
I wish I could give more than five measly stars because Blood and Silver definitely deserves so much more!

K N Lee has created a magical world with Angels, Demons, Vampires, ghouls, War Beaters, Warriors, and so many more. The plot takes you through twists and turns with characters that are loaded with personalities and quirks. This story kept me so enraptured with all that's going on and following along, I was completely blown away by the ending. There's a cliffhanger, but after this one, I'm fairly safe in my assumption this is going to be a killer series to follow.

A fantastic collection of paranormal and fantasy romance books from 20 authors. Most of these books I already own and read previously but there were a few in the collection that have been on my want to read list for a while, so I of course bought the collection. Every single book in this collection is worth more than what the set was sold for, and every one of them kept me turning pages wanting to know what would happen next.

This is truly an amazing collection of paranormal romances. I haven't read all the stories, twenty in all, but I loved Lori Titus' The Moon Goddess. The heroine Leny (or Lenora) is someone I want to know more of and I believe she deserves payback for what went down with her dad. And it did end with a cliffhanger. Yes, this collection is an excellent way to find new authors to enjoy and pursue!

Gemstone is the first book of a great new series by Ann Gimpel. Niall the paramedic and Jaguar shifter is a total Alpha and Sarai the badass Wolf shifter is a match made in the stars. Side by side they fight for the salvation of the shifters. This is a novella with page to page action. Ann outdid herself again in this must-read first book.

What a great collection of stories from some awesome authors! Love this anthologies! We get a good variety. I like that most can be read without reading previous books in the series and not give anything away many spoilers. Some even make me interested in read the series to find out what happens before.

Blood and Silver by K.N. Lee is a wonderful story to read. This is a wonderful way to find new authors that you never read before. I am so glad I read this story I loved reading the stong characters with the wonderful story line. I highly recommend this story to everyone.
