We found the presentation of the system to be a little dramatic. Rheumatoid arthritis is a terrible disease, and it can be very hard on your body. We feel terribly for the brave woman who created this program, mainly because she carried children while battling this disease. However, we think that it is a little extreme to talk about your marital troubles while trying to help people with their joints and pain. There is some language in the description of the system that is off-putting, but you should look past that as we did to see what else is available to someone who is suffering.

The recipes that were created for the system were carefully designed so that they provide your body with the relief that it needs. The methods do not give instant results because this requires a change to your diet overall. You must choose the recipes that you believe your family will eat, and you will find that shifting your diet requires many different type of foods that will cover your breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. You should use the recipes for your snacks, and you need to take a look at the type of food that you believe will be the easiest to make. You could expand your use of these recipes over time, and you will find that they are relatively easy to use.

Your body will start to recover because it has more aid for your muscles and joints. The foods that are on the program are filled with the vitamins and nutrients that you need to heal, but they cannot do other things for you that might require medication and/or exercise.

We would use this program because we understand that it is an effortless way to make your body healthier. However, we would not use this program without making any other changes to how we live our lives. We do not believe that it is wise to stop using medications, and we also think that exercise is one of the most important things that can be done when you deal with arthritis.

We also believe that the 21-day plan should not be confined to 21 days. You will feel results in 21 days in most cases, but this cannot be guaranteed because no one knows how your body will respond. A recent MRI revealed that I have mild to moderate arthritis in the lower 5 vertebrates of my back, and the pain was really slowing me down. Pain meds were somewhat, but not completely, helpful for managing the symptoms. Not wanting to take painkillers the rest of my life, I found and read this book, and started to follow several aspects. In particular I had great luck with glucosamine supplements. It took about a week of taking them to notice a difference, and then a few more weeks to get pretty close to pain free. I doubt I'll ever be 100%, but I'm back to being able to work out and play with my kids, a big plus. I'm also following some of the dietary recommendations and I exercise, all of which I believe is helping my arthritis rather than masking it. This book is well written and easy to understand, and for me at least, the program has been pretty successful so far. I'd recommend this book for anyone suffering from arthritis who is looking for an alternative to pain medication.

Positive features of the book can be found in its detailed elaboration of the effects of some specific foods and lifestyle options on arthritis symptoms. I liked the suggestions as they were easy to put into practice. However, there were certain downsides, particularly related to dietary restrictionsᅳ these changes took some time to get used to. Nevertheless, despite a blind adherence post adjustment of those recommendations, I observed drastic enhancements: my joint became more flexible and flare-ups were reduced. This publication gave me power over my health and showed visible outcomes.

This book is very down to earth and speaks in lay terms about all the various types of arthritis and why they perhaps settled in to your system. It helped me understand my issues much better and that my Osteoarthritis which is the "wear & tear arthritis," needs regular exercise to maintain the strength of my joints and muscles, and the ability to continue doing the things I love to do. I discovered that when I arise in pain and do the proper exercises in the proper way, about 10 minutes later. my pain has lessened. I recommended a supplement and I purchased it. After three weeks, I have begun to experience good results... I'm also following some of the dietary recommendations and I exercise, all of which I believe is helping my arthritis rather than masking it. This book is well written and easy to understand, and for me at least, the program has been pretty successful so far. I'd recommend this book for anyone suffering from arthritis who is looking for an alternative to pain medication. I really enjoyed it and I felt like such an expert on osteoarthritis after reading it. I like how he detailed what supplements to use and explained how they rebuild your cartilage. I also liked that he explained which exercises would help rebuild my cartilage too - I do walking and yoga and both are great for maintaining flexibility, strength and cardio.

The methods described in this guide will require you to change your diet and eat certain foods to improve your condition. This is why the program is going to take some time to work, since we all know that foods will take time to work over time in the body. The recipes given in this program have given relief for members after they have followed them for a couple of weeks.

Once you have the list of recipes, you will be encouraged to start following those that you find easiest to make first. This will give you some momentum and motivation and encourage you to follow through and complete the entire treatment protocol. Many different types of foods are included in this protocol, so you will more than enough variety to cover all your meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I agree with you Shane Strang. I also find it very suspicious that every rating is within a month of each other, all gave 4 stars & not a single comment or reason it’s worth 4 stars. I don’t believe these rating for a second!
