A Great End to A Great Series

I highly recommend this book to all fantasy lovers, it has a bit of everything that's good about fantasy in it. This ending wrapped things up nicely, while leaving room for more adventures in this world. Solid 5 Stars

Fun. Good to have closure for the story, but characters felt a little flat

I enjoyed reading this book and have been waiting for a Long time to see it finally published. I was looking for closure and I mostly got it. But I found this book far less drawn in by this book of the series. I felt there was less novelty and the characters felt flat. Like they each got a catch phrase and had to live by it no matter what. The feelings described felt rather technical .
All that being said, I'm glad I read it and I'm looking forward to any more books in the series!

Was looking forward to this book. I wasn’t disappointed where and how it ended. I got over my aversion to each chapter being a different person’s perspective. With the number of major characters it has to happen that way. Loved the ending to this series.

This is more a review of the whole series of books.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this series of books. Leyton Green has woven a complex raft of characters and cleverly knitted them together to tell a story of human strength, heart and courage intermingled with vulnerability and fragility. The story has slowly simmered and built twisting and turning through the previous four books, culminating in A War Of Wizards where the fates of the three brothers come crashing back together. There is the perfect blend of action and story telling that links the pieces of the brothers lives together as they each discover who they really are. The plot is a reality meets fantasy one of which I am a big fan and it delivers some really great twists and turns and very few if any predictable outcomes for the characters. There are great edge of the seat moments, nail biting cliff hangers and jaw dropping shockers that move the story along at a pace. Then, there are those moments that will make you dab at the corner of your eye or make you laugh out loud.
Great read.

One of the Best Series I’ve Ever Read

Talk about twist, turns, blindsides… this book kept me on my toes like all those that came before it. You’ll cheer and scream in the space of 5 minutes with how fast the action comes at you. The tension building up to this book is intense to say the least. There’s nothing I could say that won’t give away something so just take my word for it that this book and it’s entire series are worth your time!

Parents: PG13-R - If you have read the previous books you know what to expect.
Language: mild, no Fbombs
Violence: burning children alive, moderate gore as expected with war.
Sexual Content: reference to naked women, non explicit intimate relations

The narrator is just as amazing as with the prior books!

The series is epic!

The story, from the beginning, is out of this world, literally! The quest is very unusual, something that attracts me. The brothers are close and they have many friends, which play different rolls as the time passes somewhere else, on Uref. The magic and romances and portals, take center stage with the powers that be. Are you a science fiction buff, you'll love this series. Because the writing is super, awesome, and well done. You need to read this series.

Left me wanting more

Feels like the story isn’t over. I’m still left wondering about a number of characters. The epilogue wasn’t quite satisfying. I must admit it didn’t end how I would’ve liked it to but I still thought the book was good. The entire series was good. I grew to really like Caleb and his passive ways. His characters’ development was probably the most astounding of them all. I wouldn’t mind if a 6th book releases; I’d definitely read it

Best of the series.

I’m not a fantasy fan usually, but this series really grabbed me from book one. Imaginative, thrilling, and full of rich characters and relationships, I binged as many books as possible and could not wait for the concluding book.

I wonder what is in store for Yasmina? Looking forward to the next series.

Unnecessary cliffhanger.

This could have ended. Seriously. It could have been the end of these books and you could have started the last chapter/epilogue in a new series. I'm not reading the next one on purpose, and I've a dropped a star because there was no need for that at all.

A fun series with a great story line well worth the read, but I thought the ending was a bit rushed with some loose ends left dangling. For example, I’d have liked to learn more about how Salomon fit into the whole story. Perhaps more is coming?
