Rose is not only grumpy, but also bossy!
She couldn't seem to understand that she was being mean to everyone and chasing her friends away with her attitude.
When a mysterious stranger appears, to show her the error of her ways, how do you think Rose feels to receive the same treatment that she had been dishing out?

Oh, and the colorful illustrations are eye-popping in their beauty!

Good Lesson to Learn
I liked this book and the message was a good one. The only thing here is that the grumpy mermaid seemed older and was more bossy than grumpy.
