The point of the book is it is from the perspective of the killer/stalker in Joe. You are meant to be on his side even though he is a god awful person. There are a few point where I did cringe such as him describing Beck’s Victoria secret panties. However, there were comedic moments such as him just ragging on Pitch Perfect for no reason. The television series did leave out some details but this is the rare case the TV show is better than the book. ...more
