The sex parts seemed to take the place of some of the emotional relationship development. There is a MM romantic relationship that develops in the story as well. I liked that part, but others may not want that. This is another book where it felt like she had a relationship with 3 men instead of three individual relationships that worked harmoniously.
Do not read this book if you do not like an over protective older brother that has stated that his sister is off limits to any of his teammates. The whole conflict of the book revolves around that....more

#1. The premise - She forgoes her lifelong dream because of one prank (no matter how serious it was) and then never did the thing she loved again nor told her best friend about it? Dumb. Also, it's super juvenile to claim that all 3 dudes pranked her because they liked her and wanted her attention. That might be acceptable until the age of 14 or so, but not until they are 18.
#2. The FMC's best friend sounded like a crazy sex fiend that could not shut up.
#3. The FMC's family treated her like shit. Her brother sabotaged her life because he was jealous, her father acted like "boys will be boys", and her mother just wanted to make sure the mess was cleaned up.
#4. It felt like she has one relationship with three men, instead of three individual relationships that coexisted and were harmonious.
#5. The last prank was uncalled for.
#6. Not as much sex as you'd expect from a RH book.
What I did like: The MMCs did make a genuine effort to change even before they got the FMC back. They expressed real emotional maturity and were supportive.
I think part of the "fun-ness" of the book was lost in translation as the story is set in Australia (and I think the author is Australian, too). My understanding is that joking around and taking the piss is the standard there.
This will most likely be my last Sam Hall book. I've found that the writing does not live up to the promise of the synopsis....more

Dallin and Reyna have been committed for 2 years. She is supposedly "vanilla" and he was in a relationship with his two best male friends that didn't end well and that she didn't know about. Anyway, he brings his friends back in the hopes of all four of them being in a poly relationship. It is not exactly a smooth transition; Parker is receptive and Trey is very not.
There is great communication between everyone - eventually. I do think Reyna was a little too understanding too quickly. Dallin could be described as selfish, but if he wasn't there isn't a story. There is a lot of spice, and it was hot, but at times I did want them to talk instead of f*ck.
I was sucked into this story quickly and was very invested in everyone getting their HEA....more
