Egotistical Puckboy by Eden Finley and Saxon James is the first in the Puckboys series of standalone (but interlinked) MM books, following the life and loves of teammates and rivals in the NHL.
It follows on as a spin-off to Eden and Saxon's delicious CU Hockey series, and honestly, when these two write together the results are always MAGIC ...more

He needed Zane fully dependent on him. Needed to know that Zane's life hung in the balance and only Asa could give him what he needed."
Onley James hits the mark again with Headcase, which is the 4th book in the Necessary Evils series about the seven Mulvaney brothers. This is Asa and Zane's story.
Asa is one half of the psychopathic Mulvaney twins, but for most of Headcase, Avi (his twin brother) is absent on a working trip, organised by the Mulvaney's snack of an adoptive father, Thomas. The forced separation is part of Thomas' scientific experiment to see how the twins cope apart (not too well is the expectation!) and to keep Asa busy, Thomas decides to assign him an investigation into some suspicious suicides at various schools in the area.
Zane is a crime blogger looking for his big break, and he's had a sniff of a story concerning several unexplained deaths, loosely connected to the Mulvaneys. Zane decides to cross paths with a Mulvaney to see what he can find out. He meets Asa at a function Thomas has made Asa attend, and sparks fly immediately. It's all about the chase with Asa and it seems as though Zane is the perfect prey....and maybe they can help each other out with the investiagtion too. That is, if Zane doesn't shop them all first.....
Another fabulous instalment in the series! If you love:

Barely even recognizable these days, and yet my soul still aches for him, always. More now than it ever has. And I’ve never hated myself more."
For those of us desperate for Mason and Jeremy, Every Breath After: Part 1 has been a long time coming........and yet there's still another book to come before their story reaches its (for now) conclusion. Honestly, I am drained. These boys have just been through so much and so much more is just waiting around the corner. Jessie Walker sure knows how to write angst!
Anything I say would be a spoiler if you haven't read the series in order, so if you haven't lost yourself in the Lost Boys series yet, then I highly recommend that you start immediately on Where There's a Will, I promise you won't regret it.
For those of us who have read them all, including the novellas and of course Little Bird Lost - this is the back story we all needed. Minimal steam but so much suppressed tension. And I think it's all going to hit the fan in Every Breath After: Part 2. I only hope we survive it!

What an absolute joy to finally get inside the head of the delicious Alexander Kempthorne, in Ariana Nash's Trial by Fire, which is book three in the Shadows of London series. Whilst Trial by Fire concludes this story arc, the boys will return in book 4 in the series, Truth or Dare.
BE WARNED: this CAN NOT be read as a standalone and whilst I will try to write a spoiler free post, you really need to stop reading here if you haven’t read the first two books; just know that this is a 5 star, MM, urban fantasy series and start immediately on Twisted Pretty Things...more

If I could have stopped time, I would have. I wanted this moment, this indescribable feeling of pure happiness, to last for an eternity."
This is book 4 in a series, so if you haven't read the previous three books, stop now and go read them!
Uggghh. THIS WAS SOOOOO GOOD.
Bennett and Leander return to Easton with a lot of loose ends to tie off, with one of the biggest ones being the lovely Dr Lorelei.
"Leander dropped the biggest break-up bomb I'd ever seen and he didn't even flinch. He was so getting laid later."
Not to mention the Russian and Italian mob, kidnappings, murders, business deals and so many betrayals.
The Wrath of Leander Welles is a tough read, with several triggers (references to alcohol/drug use, various mental health issues, self-harm, suicide and torture) and of course Bennett and Leander are as psychopathic as ever. But oh, how I adore them Ashlyn Drewek...more

If There's a Way by Jessie Walker completes Will and Waylon's story, which started so beautifully, so heart-breakingly, in Where There's a Will. This is not a stand-alone and you absolutely need to read book 1 first.
I don't want to give away any spoilers, but if you love emotional, slow burn, MM romances featuring ex-childhood best friends-turned enemies-turned lovers, then these books are for you.
The writing is beautiful. The themes are tough. The story, world-building and side characters are all incredible.
There's more to come from this group of friends and I literally can't wait.
These boys will stay in your heart long after you've put the books down.

Oh yep, Onley James has done it again, with book 2 in her #NecessaryEvils series, Psycho.
As you may recall from book 1, Unhinged, this series is about the 7 Mulvaney 'brothers', all psychopaths, raised by their billionaire foster father to right the wrongs that the system doesn't, or can't remedy. Killers for a good cause as it were, but without conscience or guilt or remorse.
This is August Mulvaney's story.
August is a genius, who totally struggles with the 'noise' of life. He's a tenured Professor by day and a lethal assassin by night. When he meets disagraced former FBI criminal profiler Lucas Blackwell, he wants him. Permanently.
Lucas and August's story is full of all the good stuff we've now come to expect from Ms James in this series - a cracker of a story, insta-love (because we're dealing with psychopaths here), huge amounts of steam ...more
