From some of the reviews of this book I expected it to be more cut and dry, Jill just retelling and compiling most of what we knew from them being in the public eye. But I was surprised with how raw and how honest she was As someone who has also deconstructed a lot of what is taught in the church it is extremely difficult to reconcile what you’ve learned and what you know to be true as an adult. Jill did a wonderful job describing her pain and growth recounting events that had to be so hard. Thank you Jill for sharing your story. You owed us nothing but delivered all the same ...more
