I’m impossibly head-“I’m pretty sure talking to a spider is a sure sign of madness, but I need to talk to someone, so I’m working with what I’ve got.”
I’m impossibly head-over-heels for Hank and Bonnie’s story! This whole series about this rag-tag friend group is on my favorites list.
Bonnie is a big-time actress who is the star in an upcoming movie based on a murder-mystery book written by Henry (aka Hank). The way they meet is a dream come true and their brilliant character personalities come alive so vividly in this story. I was hooked on this shining star and reclusive hermit from the very beginning and desperately craved every single interaction they offered. I LOVE a romance between a celebrity and a normal person and I LOVE a book within a book. See how perfect this one is?
These characters are so multifaceted and it was sweet to see how they each have issues and trauma to work through, yet they are the most beautiful, complementary duo together. Hank’s five friends had me laughing, as did the fake-to-more contract. Text threads and video calls, mysterious set issues and oh, so swoony kisses make this one a story not to be missed. The Hollywood gossip articles made me eager to discover the source and this friend group? They are everything! Although this can be read as a stand-alone, I love how interconnected this author's series are.
I could go on and on and on professing my extreme and undying love for this book.

Kimberly Krey always delivers a terrific romantic suspense and I loved that it’s cowboy style. Nash is the epitome of an all-American cowboy and he’s such a winsome man, easy to love and respect. He’s had a crush on actress Ellie Blaire forever and it is such a sweet story about a celebrity vs a normal guy.
Ellie is so down-to-earth and the easy way she fell into a companionship with Nash is endearing. I love these characters and the cameos of previous books couples, and fame isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, especially with the perilous elements of danger threaded throughout. I love the suspense, mild Christian elements, and the oh, so swoony romance.
This is such a fun addition to the Sweet Montana Brides series.

When a bad moment goes viral, Presley James leaves everything behind and escapes to the small island of Sunset Harbor to reset. Her meet cute with Briggs is straight out of a movie and from that moment on, I was all in. Give me a celebrity and a normal person romance any day of the week!
Briggs is dealing with his own stuff, but I absolutely fell head-over-heels for this boy next door. He’s funny, witty, and sweet, but the way he interacts and banters with Presley, also giving her a summer to remember, makes this princess-dwelling man a top favorite.
From s’mores to water fights, sandcastles, and boat rides, to star gazing, running lines, summer nights, and soaking up every experience together, this summermance filled with heated and chemistry-laden kisses delivers all the feels. While this one is a little more reclusive due to Presley hiding out, I was still thrilled to read about the little bits and pieces that connect this story to the series.
Monson has outdone herself with this blazingly satisfying summer romcom. If you love Notting Hill, you’ll adore this one.

Noah and Cat come from vastly different worlds–one with money and one without–but their common thread is a childhood on the island of Sunset Harbor. The meet cute is one to remember.
I love how Stockton develops such great characters and there is definitely more than meets the eye with them. Struggles are a part of life and while the hardships are represented, they are delivered in a way that doesn’t feel heavy–the light, romcom vibes are sweet and strong, striking the perfect balance.
I loved reliving this beachy story and falling all over again.

“I can’t let myself think about how it feels with my legs all tangled in his. He is the enemy. His legs do not feel great. Fine, I’m lying. He feels fantastic.”
Pull out your LaCroix and settle in for another fantastic romcom! This series is shaping up to be everything single thing I could want in a summer romance…and more. This book is all about Cat and Noah, a member of her mortal enemy family, and it was all kinds of cute. I loved the first meet cute just as much as I loved the second one. And the fact that he falls first? Divine perfection.
I also loved the mental health rep and how it made the characters very relatable on so many levels. But it was the interactions that hooked me. Noah had to move oh, so carefully to keep skittish Cat from bolting and bam! those hesitant and desperate contacts gradually shifted in the swooniest banter ever. Noah is what dreams are made of and Cat is a friend waiting to be made, and every moment and circumstance of this book lit up my life.
I’m caught in the riptide of the Falling for Summer series and I have no desire to escape any time soon.

Augie left a boxing career to become an investigator and bodyguard. Assigned to protect social media influencer, Luna, from sinister death threats, they engage in a perilous battle that results in more than either of them bargained for.
In typical Kimberly Krey fashion, the chemistry is ultra swoony and the adventure is daring and will get the heart racing in all the ways. I loved settling in with the twists and turns that surprised me until the very end.

Not only does he have chocolatey curly hair and the most amazing eyes, but he’s kind and genuine to the core. He feeds sad girls chocolate in his apartment and is a selfless artist/teacher who loves his family more than anything. And he marries a rockstar on a complete and total whim–and this aspect was a fun reversal. Talented singer and bass guitarist Delaney (aka Laney or Lane) has more hair than Elsa (with a streak of blue) with steel blue eyes and pouty lips that can win her anything, but she’s got a true heart of gold, despite her daring ways.
This fake relationship/marriage of convenience had me flying through the pages that were full of tender moments, giant sparklers of attraction, and the best and messiest connection ever. I couldn’t get enough of these characters and their families–good and bad–and the way this marriage and plot played out. This story is everything I dreamed it would be.

This story is the Sheppard brother Austin’s, and whew–he’s talented, good-looking, utterly swoon-worthy and determined to get Mia as a backup singer for his European tour. Mia definitely has talent on her own, but doesn’t have the following or backing to make it big…yet.
The behind-the-scenes to the music world fascinated me and I loved all the connections and friendships between every character, but especially the attachment and banter between Austin and Mia.
Keyes knows how to write a stellar romcom. Her style is fresh, witty, and sweet, with some great character zings and a crisp plot with ideal pacing, with the perfect amount of romance.
I’m in love with the Sheppards in Love series and can’t wait to read more. I listened to this one and really enjoyed the voices.

Kasey delivers food for a living, which leads to her first meet with superstar musician Liam and that whole encounter had me laughing so hard. Soooo hard!
I was completely starstruck by Liam’s friend group and the way most of the story took place in the confines of his Malibu home. The way that Liam and Kasey connected left me breathless. I loved the way their physical closeness resulted in both an emotional connection and sizzling attraction, but it also allowed them to work through past hurts and current issues.

Prince Oliver wants to sabotage his upcoming arranged marriage, so who better to bring in than the cursed wedding planner from America–Grace? It’s so funny how she thought his proposal was fake and a way to embarrass her further, but the prince goes to great lengths to secure her services. And once she’s in Verdana, the real fun begins.
This story is one ride after another, with so many difficulties and mysterious misfortunes, which lead to the queen intervening. I quivered a tiny bit in fear with the way Grace stood up for herself, but it was refreshing to see that she could finally speak up for herself. I love when characters can be true to themselves and go for their hearts desires.
The connections and interactions between Prince Oliver and Grace are so sweet and exciting, but it was the whole cast of characters coming together, especially as the slight mystery is resolved, that really won my heart over. I was engaged with these characters on a surface level and this royal romcom definitely emits Hallmark vibes.
Light, fluffy, and silly with some swoon–this story is pure fun and entertainment with a kingdom full of smiles and laughs.

American Larisa is visiting with her friends for a few weeks while staying in a private hotel and she has an unfortunate misunderstanding and encounter with Gianluca, an Italian superstar–unbeknownst to her. My first impressions of each were less than stellar at the very first, but as I came to know and understand them better with each explosive meet, I fell about as quickly as they each did, especially because I’m a huge fan of a celebrity and a “normal person” romance.
I adore a sweet and swoony romcom and this one delivered in sometimes excessive ways, but that only added to the humor and lightness. The kissing was glowing with chemistry and attraction, easily making these scenes my favorites.
The plot zipped along towards character growth and a fantastic grand gesture, which left me mesmerized. I felt the characters were true to their individual personalities and this story is pure high-spirited fun.

This small Texas town is full of such fun and interesting characters and her literal run in and meet cute with celebrity Matt had me laughing so hard. If you know me, you’ll know that I adore a celebrity and a “normal person” romance and with the added bonus of Milo, Matt’s son, I was hooked.
The laughs and swoon are plentiful and the swoon is awkward and sparky, which makes it perfectly enjoyable. It was sweet to watch the widower Matt moved on years after his wife’s passing and to observe the blossoming connection.
This is such a fun, quirky, charming romcom and now I want to read the others in the series.

I just knew he’d fall for me after our meet cute and I know Beth is with me.
“I’d been planning on marrying this guy since I was fourteen, and I was blowing our meet cute.”
Beth is a hair stylist and makeup artist and by the fates of fortune, lands a job styling her teenage crush, Rhett. Their first meet had me laughing and rolling my eyes, but don’t get me wrong–my heart swooned and swooped too, and those feelings only intensified throughout the book.
This story is told from Beth’s point-of-view and she’s a fantastic character. While Beth “thrives in tumultuous situations,” she’s kind to the core and always looking for ways to help those around her, and is especially good with hair and makeup. The moments of secret relationships, fake dating, paparazzi, life on the road and in the limelight really captured the essence of the characters and plot. I couldn’t get enough of Rhett and his goodness while living the movie star life. He’s so down-to-earth, intriguing, sweet, charitable, and lives up to a teenage dream.
From front to back and top to bottom, this is a story worth loving.

Becky Wade has developed a new series set in Maine, which is the first fascinating point, but it’s also about a family full of secrets, scandal and drama. Intriguing, right?
Remy is a woodworking artist living on a remote island in main and when she rescues a drowning man, she becomes involved in a swirling mystery with this man who has a pretty good case of amnesia. I enjoyed watching Remy and “Jonah” work to uncover his past, along with a few other mysteries, and fight a growing attraction as they did so. The instant connection they share is mingled with so many messy plot points and deep, hidden secrets, but there are undercurrents of hope, as well as sparks of chemistry for this unlikely pair.
Wade does a great job of tackling complex issues and dousing them with romance and sprinkles of religion. I’m excited to read more about this family.

From the very start, I was rooting for team #bummer, but this book is anything but a bummer, as Ben and Summer (hence the name "bummer") are my favorite couple EVER and I couldn't stop laughing.
Ben has "the smile of a charmer" and has a flirtatious nature that casts sunshine all around. With a mischievous twinkle in his eyes and a classic smoldering smirk, he's "the whole package. He should come wrapped in caution tape." All of his friendliness and lethal attraction comes to a screeching halt with one cheesy line and that was it for Summer–no Ben for her!
Although Summer is portrayed as the “grump” in this utterly adorable beachy read, she’s a lovable beauty and has reasons galore for being skeptical of Ben. I loved the friendships she did forge and her allure is a magnet for everyone around her.
This story is like the ocean–there are light sunny moments, while deeper and more serious elements lie below the surface. The combination of everything sang a siren song to my heart and had me wrapped up tighter than a pirate’s loot.

Jenna is trying to turn her career into one of acting and Cody is a veteran bad boy. As they’re filming a new TV series, their chemistry couldn’t be worse and it’s completely apparent that they don’t have warm feelings for one another at all. This author is one of my favorites and the way she creates delicious, tension-filled situations ignited with swoon, chemistry, romantic magic, and all the feels amazes me. I couldn’t get enough of this and wish this series they filmed was real.
I love the fictional celebrity world, but the practice sessions and fake dating, along with allllll the banter and wit, made this one a book I won’t forget.

Brynn left town and never looked back...until a huge mistake on air forces her to return to a not-so-warm welcome. Sebastian found a home and refuge in Adelaide Springs and doesn't want that to change. The premise was intriguing--two newscasters (or former ones) battling it out, especially as their on-air personas are so vastly different from their real life characters.
I loved the heartwarming feeling of home and mending fences, along with discovering deep inner truths and life desires. With almost an enemies-to-love feel, the interactions propelled the story right along. Brynn is a prickly, bitter character with many facets to discover, while Sebastian seems to have found contentment living a low-key life.

Cadence has been in a fierce competition with Ruben for most of her life and now she's back in the same company building, vying for a place at the top, until she discovers a little bundle of a surprise named Axley that her step-sister leaves behind.
I would have loved to see this story in a dual POV so I could get right into Ruben's head. He was an enigma for the first part of the story and I was very intrigued by his character, but boy, oh, boy was I completely surprised by him and his true self. The hesitant banter and witty connections, along with the delicious Christmas kisses, were as decadent as a box of expensive holiday chocolates, and Hatch writes them oh, so well.
