it was amazing

We think bliss magically arrives or mysteriously eludes. But happiness is, all along, in abundant supply within us. We can survive the wicked witches, the fire-breathing dragons, and all of our dire imaginings. We can escape the locked dungeons, unscalable towers, imprisoning judgments, and self-limiting fears. We can outlast the poisons, curses, misfortunes, and unforeseen perils. We simply have to be what, in our silent depths, we already are. We simply have to do what, in our inexplicable wisdom, we can do without a second thought.
This is your new spiritual practice: cracking a smile.

This book was absolute perfection, and one that I will be coming back to time and time again. Miller discusses how to incorporate Zen practices into your life and into your motherhood to create a happy atmosphere. Tons of great advice and awesome quotes to go with it! I truly recommend that every mother read this book; this is easily the best parenting book I've read.
