I'm happy to say that this book I helped edit as a freelancer is now available in bookstores! It's a beginner's guide to weight training, and specially how to properly "bulk and cut" in order to gain muscle fast. I personally found it fascinating (I knew little about the subject before working on this book), and it comes recommended.
